Majid rents out his flat to Iman, an energy specialist who sends out her assistant, Nazir, into all the building's apartments under the ruse of searching for negative energy. When the apartments get robbed, it is discovered that Iman is a leader of an online mob that tracks and robs people.

Nader is the next to rent the apartment. He brings sheep to the building to feed his guests. Despite their initial refusal of him running for the elections, they start to think about ways they can benefit from him. Um Taher, however, decides never to ask him for anything.

This time comes a woman names Balqis, who is revealed to be Rashid's ex-wife. Lubna goes to Sarah to find out where she stands with Hamam. Um Hazim invites Balqis for dinner, and Balqis leaves the building.

Lubna asks Hamam to delete Sarah's pictures. The apartment is occupied by a ladies' basketball team and their coach. The team and the residents of the building decide to have a match.

When Nagi starts working as a sales representative, his manager advises him to work with an upper-class female colleague to increase sales. Nagi then decides to disguise himself as a female sales representative to trick Munir.

Ayman rents the flat from Majid and doesn't get out of it. He then informs the residents of the building that a solar disaster that will end the world will take place.

A prestigious woman who seems to be a reality TV star arrives at the apartment with 8 female guards. Confusion ensues between the neighbors around who the new tenant is.

A smell coming from Majid's apartment leads to investigating it and finding Mamun's body. The police then start interrogating the neighbors to find out how he died.

A singer rents the apartment and the neighbors all want something from him. Lubna and Hamam are being warned to stay away from each other.

Abu Khaled, an elderly man, rents Majid's apartment. When he meets Um Taher, he expresses his interest in her and tells her that his wife has died and that he is a wealthy man; he asks her to marry him.

Um Taher, upset about Abu Khaled, goes away on vacation. A trader rents Majid's apartment for his friend, Dr. Nidal. A third friend, Assem, joins them in the apartment and they reminisce together about the doctor's deceased sister.

Majid rents out the apartment to Rami and Fara, a couple who were married against their wishes. Um Hazem learns that they are going to Malaysia for their honeymoon, and she wants to send a bag to her son over there. She visits them and they tell her about their situation.

Sharifa is the new tenant in Majid's apartment. She listens to Um Kalthoum in her balcony each night. She comes to the notice of Sarah's father (Abu Sarah) who asks his daughter to get to know her. When he watches her, he is shocked to learn what she does for a living.

Hazem comes to visit his family. Majid rents his apartment at a reduced price to Riham, a beautiful woman who has a daughter. When Hazem meets her, mutual attraction is clear. Abu Sarah is still heartbroken, and Lubna receives a gift from Hammam.

Riham is a divorcee and she tells Hazem about her problems living alone as a divorced woman. Conflicts between Hazem and his parents escalate when he tells them that he wants to marry Riham.

Taher gets into a bad situation with his cousin Talal and his band, resulting in Taher accommodating them all in Majid's apartment. Taher then admires Judy, a girl in the band, and she suggests that he join them.

The next tenant is a gynecologist named Baraa who resides at the apartment with a girl who she claims to be her daughter. Taherthen calls Majid and tells him that the police are looking for a kidnapped girl. Um Hazem talks to Sarah and tells her that she is better suited than Lubna to marry Hazem.

Ammar gets his son and daughter-in-law to rent Majid's apartment. Qusai, Mayada's brother, comes with a map and decides to look for a buried treasure. Everybody eventually finds out about the treasure, and Sarah's father tells them that true treasure lies in people, not objects.

A man named Adnan rents the apartment and without Majid's knowledge, he brings in the marriage officer to marry a girl named Lina. Taher witnesses the marriage, and when Adnan leaves the apartment, he is hit by a car and dies.

Without Majid's knowledge, Abu Zahir rents the apartment for a group of university students. Majid eventually finds out and that results in more problems than Abu Zahir has initially anticipated.

An infuriated Zeina leaves her phone inside the car, and when the car is stolen, she runs after it and falls down, causing her to lose her memory. Majid takes her to his apartment and Faten kicks her out. Eventually, her brother and sister show up.

Abu Suhail asks Majid to empty the apartment for his sick son, but he doesn't want anyone to find out about him. When a fire breaks out in the building, Suhail finds and rescues the son. Both the father and the son thank Sohail and leave for their hometown.

Ghaith rents the apartment for his mother, Mariam, who has Alzheimer's, and he asks Taher's mother to take care of her. One day, Taher leaves the door open, and Mariam disappears.

When Nour's parents refuse to wed her to Diaa, he rents Majid's apartment and takes Nour there where he threatens her with a gun. He posts an online story, and when the two families arrive with the police, they discover that it is a toy gun.

Abu Ammar is angry at Majid for the type of people who rent the apartment and threatens him to drive them all away. A couple, Kamal and Shahinaz, rents the apartment, but Shahinaz's jealousy brings trouble not only to her husband, but also to Abu Ammar.

Abu Hazem's boss rents the apartment. He tells them the story of he earned his fortune from the stock market. He takes money from Abu Hazem, Lamis, Shadi, and Um Taher to invest it for them, but he disappears with their money.

Faten, Salwa and Mays meet at Majid's apartment when they are having problems with their husbands. Salwa is angry that Jamil gambles. Shadi is angry at Mays for investing her money with Fawaz. They all indulge in sedative pills, but they eventually realize that is no solution.

An elderly couple, Fadel and Amal, rents the apartment. They plan to travel to their children abroad. However, their stay at the building inspires everyone, and the couple is loved by all tenants.

Abu Ammar rents the apartment for his cousin, Fadi's mother (Um Fadi), and her son Fadi who works as a Programmer. Sarah's father attempts to get Fadi's mother to talk to him about proposing to Sarah. Fadi and Lubna seem to like each other. Nadim spies on Lubna.

Fatin and Majid are happy to learn that she's pregnant. Fawaz returns Um Taher's money and promises the same to Mays. Lubna gets kidnapped. Fadi tells the police about Lubna's disappearance. The police are able to get to Nadim and his gang.
