While Emma has a vision and Mr. Gold pays Belle a visit in a dream, Regina and Zelena adjust to their new sisterhood.

David, Snow, and Regina team up to overcome the threat posed by the strange man from the Land of Untold Stories when he comes to Storybrooke.

Regina attempts to buy Mr. Hyde's cooperation in exchange for knowledge about how to defeat the Evil Queen, while Ashley is determined to settle scores with her stepfamily. Gold and David come to an agreement.

Hook attempts to protect Belle from Mr. Gold. Dr. Jekyll's serum is something that the Evil Queen wants to acquire. It's Snow's first day back at work as a teacher.

In a flashback, Aladdin assists Princess Jasmine in finding a weapon that might free Jafar from his control over the Sultan and save the city. In an effort to split apart the family, the Evil Queen deceives Hook.

Regina joins forces with Mary Margaret and David to rescue Archie from Zelena, while Emma tries to get Aladdin to cooperate with Jasmine to save Agrabah. Henry and Hook develop a resentful relationship because of the Evil Queen.

If they wish to stop the Evil Queen from destroying Storybrooke, Snow White and Charming must sacrifice their hearts. David intends to put the family farm up for sale. The hunt is on for a mystical sapling. Snow White makes an effort to escape the Woodcutter.

Snow White and David adjust to life without one another while Emma and Regina collaborate and come up with a plan to capture the Evil Queen. The Evil Queen has other intentions as Henry nervously gets ready to escort Violet to the school dance.

Rumplestiltskin employs fast-aging magic in Storybrooke to communicate with Belle about their child, while in the Enchanted Forest he steals Jack and Jill's newborn infant in order to speak with a strong fairy. Meanwhile, in an effort to win Gold's approval, the Evil Queen tries to murder Zelena.

Regina has to remind Emma who she is when the Evil Queen sends her back to the Enchanted Forest. David makes a request that has a cost as Belle and Rumplestiltskin search for their missing child.

David and Hook look for Gideon. Regina and Emma attempt to come up with a plan to leave the Enchanted Forest.

In an effort to earn David's respect, Hook agrees to assist David in learning the truth about his father. Regina learns that Robin has a dark side.

Zelena and Robin are a risky combination. Emma discovers that Hook is hiding something from her while Mr. Gold tries to assist Gideon in escaping the influence of black magic.

Hook asks Captain Nemo for help. The Evil Queen lures Regina into a fight by using Robin as bait.

Regina and Snow attempt to distract Emma from Hook's disappearance, and Jasmine meets Ariel. Hook becomes stranded in another dimension and rushes to return to Emma.

Emma consents to assist Gideon in his mission to get Hook. Henry's writing abilities have also seen a recent advancement.

While Regina seeks to end Snow and Charming's sleeping curse, flashback scenes show how much the pair sacrificed in order for Emma to achieve her destiny. In Neverland, Hook discovers an unexpected ally.

Zelena makes the decision to stop the Black Fairy once and for all as she threatens to harm her child.

We discover the true reason why the Black Fairy abandoned Rumple and learn more about her background. Gold pursues Gideon's heart in the meantime.

The Evil Queen becomes enraged as Snow grants a wish in a flashback and everyone starts singing. This wish resurfaces in Storybrooke as Emma and Hook get ready for their wedding and the Black Fairy reveals her intentions.

When Henry awakens, he finds a cursed Storybrooke, Emma has been admitted to a mental institution, and the Black Fairy is the mayor. While Gold seeks to learn the truth about what happened to Belle, Henry tries to assist Emma in regaining her memories.

In an unraveling Fairy Tale Land, Snow, Charming, Regina, Zelena, and Hook are stranded and struggle to find a way to go back to Emma and Henry.
