The government tries to expropriate an acre of land owned by Metwally, at the instigation of the mayor, to build a rest house for irrigation engineers. The farmer Khidr tries to stand up to the injustice of the mayor and asks the chief guard to help him, but things get complicated and the clash intensifies.
