Ibrahim, a Moroccan Auxiliary Forces soldier, is sent to an empty island in the Mediterranean to keep watch on smugglers and illegal immigrants. However, he comes upon Mamadou, a Sub-Saharan man washed ashore on the island, after which a diplomatic dispute erupts between Morocco and Spain while the duo strives to survive on the island.
