The story of the Gallipoli campaign during WWI in 1915 and the resurrection of Turkey after its defeat in the Balkan War. In an attempt to help Russia and threaten Constantinople, the Allies tried to enter the Dardanelles Strait with a large fleet, but were defeated despite hardships.
