While being closely watched by Dr. Toth, who is on the verge of disbanding them, Team One pursues the man who shot their team leader multiple times. Elsewhere, Ed refuses to get treated to be with his wife during labor.

When a police officer accidentally murders a teenage kid and is later determined to be innocent of the crime, Team One must deal with a mob that is rioting and a father whose aspirations were crushed the night his son passed away.

Team One is out to pursue a young man who carried out an armed robbery and broadcast it live to a sizable online audience. When they uncover his next victim, they learn that a different person had been persuading him to conduct a more serious crime.

Team One looks for a teen girl and her mother who were allegedly kidnapped close to their house. Elsewhere, Ed starts to worry that Wordy might be concealing information that could endanger the team.

Team One helps in one of the biggest drug raids in the city, and when a detective' takes an act of revenge on a personal side, they have to stop him. After his secret is made public, a Team One member resigns.

On February 14th, Team One officially welcomes its newest squad member. On their biggest day of the year, they are called to three calls: a bridge jumper, a woman threatening to kill a man with a knife, and a gun-toting man looking for his former boss.

When two explosives go off at the same time, Team One members are stranded. Spike discovers a third, much more dangerous bomb about to go off as the rest of the team scrambles to save them and the trapped victims.

To negotiate the release of a prisoner, hijackers take control of a passenger plane. However, the outcome of negotiations to release the prisoner, who turns out to be a relative of the terrorists, might determine the fate of forty passengers and crew members.

Team One is called to the scene when a masked man with a gun threatens a group of kids and kidnaps one of them. Meanwhile, Ed reaches the auditorium, where a boy is about to commit suicide, and tries to stop him.

As Team One receives a call about a woman who looks to be under pressure taking out all of her money from a bank, the crew turns their attention to her family after she flees with her captor.

At the Toronto Airport, two armed hijackers force a passenger plane to touch down and threaten to start killing passengers unless they have a certain prisoner released in a half-hour, and it's up to Team One to take matters into their own hands.

Donna receives some unexpected news about a mentor she once worked with as she prepares for her wedding. Now Team One needs Donna's assistance to try to prevent the deaths of those close to her.

In addition to figuring out how to free the person who shot a shop owner's daughter, Team One must also find a way to free the shop owner who has been imprisoned by a Chinatown gang.

Sergeant Greg Parker is taken captive by an ex-cop who has a vendetta against him and threatens to throw him off the Megatron of an arena. Team One, however, finds out that they are unable to use tactical measures to save their leader.

In the city's evidence lock-up building, Team One responds to gunshots. Once there, they find hints that point to the possibility that their missing team member may have planned this and may have been forced to do it.

After Team One calms down a volatile situation in a high-security mental hospital, they discover that Charlie, a teenage patient, has escaped and is determined to face his former closest friend about a secret.

Hostages are abducted from a lab that contains dangerous anthrax samples. Meanwhile, Parker is being asked to leave or risk being suspended for hiding Sam and Jules' relationship.

Fire Capt. Simon Griggs stops an attempted murder of a severely injured fireman, and the team rushes to the hospital. Capt. Griggs is forced to make a terrible decision that brings him dangerously close to retaliation and suicide.
