Rudhran, a retired policeman from Tamil Nadu, India, is visiting his son in USA. What first appeared to be a charming and quiet neighbourhood turned out to be a hotspot for abductions by a loose serial killer. Rudhran embarks on a journey of investigations, with his new friends, which turns into an obsessive chase across the Pacific Northwest when a close relative of his also goes missing.
