Hassan works as a roaming milk seller on a small cart, but he hopes to ditch this daunting job for a better opportunity. He heads to the bank to get a loan and buy a cab, little does he know that he will suffer more at the hands of other drivers at the parking lot.
Hassan's son gets in trouble at school, and that's when the headmaster asks him to fetch his father and pay the school fees; otherwise, he will get kicked out of school. But Hassan must handle other issues when another driver tries to ruin Hassan's cab.
The headmaster quarrels with a teacher when she reveals how much of a dishonest man he is. Hassan's troubles accumulate, resulting in him getting arrested, while his helpless son and wife wait for his release.
When Naglaa, Hassan's wife, goes to her son's school to pay the fees, the headmaster harasses her. But it turns out that Naglaa and another teacher are in cahoots; they plotted to expose the headmaster's immorality. A female taxi driver gets harassed and enlists the help of a feminist group and the police.
