Joe and Spencer analyze the benefits and drawbacks of buying an agency for extreme sports. Even though Ricky settles down in LA with Amber and their kid, he begins to desire something more. As he begins his new job with the Rams, Charles rallies a group of irate workers.

Spencer gets caught up in a commercial dispute. Charles chooses to give Ricky a chance despite having stronger instincts since he is still hurt by their argument in Miami.

Spencer tries to control Lance's excesses. Reggie is disappointed when Vernon loses control during a ceremony at his LA high school.

At Sports X, Spencer and Joe encounter a predicament. Ricky mulls through the reasons he decided to come out of retirement. Jason seeks assistance from Donna.

While Joe considers a fresh offer, Spencer seeks to strengthen the Sports X TV brand and meets Quincy at Jayda's urging. Charles is urged by Julie to add more flair to his work, and Ricky runs into his rival, Kisan, trying to prove that he still has what it takes.

Q is hired by Spencer to assist him in leveraging a deal. Joe meets with skateboarders known as Illegal Civilization to discuss business while Reggie watches. Meanwhile, Charles is in charge of the pre-free-agent reception.

Spencer asks the Anderson brothers for assistance. Joe tries to persuade Illegal Civilization with a shoe brand. At a pool party hosted by a neighbor, Ricky loses his calm. An overworked Charles is accused by Julie of being intimidated by success.

Spencer makes a significant risk that could end up ruining the business. After speaking candidly with Ricky, Charles outlines his goals for the group. Vernon and Terrell Suggs are employed by Joe and Reggie to persuade Illegal Civilization.

When Spencer takes their battle to the next level, Ricky might risk losing all he's worked so hard for.
