The townspeople of Rome are surprised by the return of Kyle and Amber. Following her son's death, Reverend Anderson tries to console Patricia. As Sidney goes missing, Kyle realizes that his troubles are far from over.

As the number of possession cases begins to pile up, Chief Giles teams up with Kyle to face the alarming situation. Anderson and Patricia have a confrontation regarding her dead son. Kyle helps Megan not blame herself for Mark's death.
