David decides to run to his school after not catching the school bus. He meets his friend, Seren. David feels his friend is hiding something that affects him in all respects. While going home, David is harassed by his neighbor, Raynan.

David and JG are getting ready to visit JG's grandfather Saul, and Raynan insists on coming along.. Tio Teo wants David to take part in a bigger operation at The Ville.

David sees a psychiatrist who asks him to include Seren in his class project so that they can mend their relationship.

Gloria's troubled past is revealed, which leaves its mark on her present. Gloria asks Jay for a job vacancy at the diner, but he later fires her.

As David and Marissa prepare for school, Marissa wears clothes that her mother forces her to wear. David has a new psychotherapy session with Dr. Bree.

Gloria goes to the unemployment office looking for a job but is rejected because she does not have a social security card. Gloria seeks a way to end her troubles, ending up dealing drugs.

David and Raynan are worried that the pharmacist might report them to the police for Dr. Bree's prescription pad. David sees Desmond, and they both remember the night of Sky's murder. David decides to take part in Shinobi and Raynan's operation.

With the spread of the new banned product in the market, the police show up at the Ville, while Seren disappears and David decides to go look for her.

Secrets are revealed, as David and his family ride out a storm at Gloria's mother's house. Raynan stays at home during the storm.

David and his family return home after the storm and he decides to know the whole truth about Sky while confronting his mother.
