Dareen is taken to the hospital in serious condition, and the doctor tells her mother, Safia, that she needs a kidney transfer. Dareen’s mother asks Muhammad to go to her twin sister Nadine to ask her donate to her, without knowing Dr. Ghassan’s paternity of her adopted daughter.

Qais proposes to Nadine, who has a tragic car accident, after which she dies in the hospital. Dr. Ghassan decides to give Nadine's kidney and heart to Dareen.

Selim asks his brother Ghassan to pay his house’s debts so that he will not be evicted. As Dareen regains her health after undergoing surgery, Qais meets her in the hospital, and is surprised by the great resemblance between her and the late Nadine.

Dareen's mother discovers that her daughter's donor is her late twin sister. Salma, Ghassan's wife, gets close to Dareen because of the great resemblance between her and Nadine, and Ghassan tries to keep her away from her.

As Safia decides to seek compensation from Ghassan for what he did to Nadine, she asks Dareen to travel with her. Salma continues trying to get close Dareen and gives her Nadine’s clothes. An investigation is made into Ghassan’s receipt of Nadine's car and pictures of her from an unknown person.

Dareen refuses to travel with her mother to console Salma. Ghassan decides to offer Dareen a scholarship to travel abroad to keep her away from Salma. Qais holds a memorial service for the late Nadine.

Dareen spends a lot of time with Salma, and so does Qais. Ghassan tells his brother Selim about his infertility.

Selim plots with his wife to push Dr. Jinan in Ghassan’s way to woo him to find out if he can have children. Qais tries to clarify to Dareen his relationship with Zeina. Dareen's mother scolds her daughter for spending all her time with Salma.

Mounir and Jinan get engaged. Dareen searches the hospital files for the truth about her twin sister's death while her mother was giving birth.

Nisreen informs Salma of Selim's desire to sell his share in the hospital land, while Zeina is upset about Qais's relationship with Dareen and thinks of getting rid of her.

Ghassan discovers Salma's tampering with the hospital land ownership papers. Dareen confronts Safia about the truth about her sister Nadine, and her selling of her infant daughter to Ghassan.

Safia tells Dareen that her father left them when she was a baby, while Nisreen tries to find out Dareen's true relationship with Ghassan.

As Salma discovers her infertility, she receives a text message about Ghassan trading in human organs, after which she leaves him. Dareen goes away and leaves her mother.
