As Faisal starts his job at the beauty clinic, he meets his manager, Abeer, and performs the first plastic surgery to fix the failed plastic surgery his colleague Dr. Hussam performed on a patient.

Dr. Reem gets angry when she meets Faisal, a former collegemate, and tries to have him fired from the clinic, especially when he tries to steal one of her patients.

Dr. Hussam plans with Sayed to put Faisal's lab rat in Abeer's room, and Faisal is surprised when the patient Mona insists that he is her long-lost son.

Abeer objects to the doctors' photos that will be posted on the clinic's social media sites, and asks that other photos be taken of them. All the doctors object to the presence of Faisal's photo in the clinic's advertisement.

Abu Moaz asks for plastic surgeries for his four wives, but Hussam drugs him in agreement with Reem and performs liposuction on him without his consent.

The artist Radwa visits the beauty clinic and asks Hussam to perform plastic surgery on her to look like Haifa Wehbe, while Lamia is thinking of using a spell on Faisal so that he would marry her, but he likes Sarah, the social media worker.

Faisal confesses his love for Sarah. Rose visits the clinic and asks Faisal to perform plastic surgery on her to turn her into a doll that resembles her favorite toys.

The clinic celebrates Faisal's birthday, and Reem puts a chemical in the dessert she gives Faisal, which makes him laugh all the time.

Hussam gets angry at the increasing demand for Faisal, and Lamia puts powder in Sarah's hair and clothes to make her itch all the time in order to keep Faisal away from her.

Abeer is surprised by a health committee visiting the clinic to inspect the medical standards, and many mishaps happen when the committee discovers the presence of animals in the clinic.

Abeer decides to celebrate Sarah and Faisal's engagement at the medical center, but Hussam and Reem plot to ruin the party, while Lamia and all the clinic's female employees are sad that Faisal is no longer single.

Awadin asks Faisal to perform plastic surgery on him in order to escape from a vendetta against him.

Abeer decides to hold a competition between the clinic's doctors and employees. As Souad and Reem compete with one another, they ask their fathers to attend.

Hamada, the buffet worker, leads a campaign to demand better positions for the clinic's employees and calls himself Hamada Guevara.

Abeer admires Ali, a businessman, for sterilizing everything like her. He offers her a project to sterilize the clinic, and he meets doctors in the clinic and sells them real estate. Then it's revealed that he's Sarah's father.

As Sarah disappears, Faisal searches for her, and Lamia tries to take advantage of her absence to get closer to Faisal, and she quarrels with Lojain for trying to get close to him as well.

The owner of the clinic, Ibrahim, asks Abeer to fire Faisal from his job, while Riyad, Ibrahim's partner, asks not to fire him. Lamia tries to change her appearance to impress Faisal.

Hussam's wife gets angry when she sees him flirting with a patient, and Lamia tries to convince Lina to marry her cousin in order to keep her away from Faisal.

Hussam plots with Sayed to blow up Faisal's room so that his new invention fails, but Faisal succeeds and announces his new medicication in a press conference.

As Hussam plots with Sayed to steal Faisal's invention idea, he experiments on Amina, and Faisal tries to find out who is behind it.

Faisal asks Wafaa to investigate the matter of the switching of the lab samples, and he informs Lamia that there is someone in the clinic who has the bird flu virus. Abeer meets her old friend Youssef, who confesses his love for her.

Professor Fakhr visits the clinic and tries to convince Abeer and Lamia that there is a meteor that will hit the clinic.

After Faisal gets engaged to Lina, Lamia is shocked and decides to commit suicide. Director Shalabi visits the clinic and proposes to Abeer to shoot an ad for the clinic, while he promises to discover Wafaa.

Abeer is trying to find out the person behind the adulterated medical drugs entering the clinic.

As Hussam's mother visits the clinic and asks Faisal to perform plastic surgery on her, Hussam agrees with Sayed and Amina to accuse Faisal of being behind the adulterated medicines. Ehab gets engaged to Abeer.

Souad and Reem quarrel, and after the latter discovers that her father has lost all his shares in the clinic, she is forced to treat Souad in a good way.

Talal visits his brother Faisal and asks him to perform surgery on him to enlarge his nose to please his beloved Amina, but the latter dislikes his appearance and decides to dump him.

Maliss asks Faisal to perform plastic surgery on her to look like her grandmother Nefertiti, and Diana tells Faisal that Hussam is behind the adulterated medicines.

Abeer asks Diana to send the list of important clients to the administration and to keep it a secret. Reem's father tells his daughter that he beat Souad's father in playing cards and that he got back his shares in the clinic.

Faisal and Abeer discover Hussam and Imad's involvement in the matter regarding the adulterated medicines. As Faisal learns about Lojain's plot to keep him and Sarah apart, he marries Sarah and Lina.
