Nawara meets her neighbor Gihan. Nawara's sister Dalila is threatened after she exposes a husband's harassment of his wife. Nawara is saddened that Youssef is neglecting his family for his work. She is hesitant to commit suicide.

Youssef is late in picking his children from school. Dr. Wael tells Dalila that Nawara's illness is in its late stages. When Youssef can not find Nawara, he goes to the police and discovers that she killed herself.

Nawara's children spend the day at their neighbor's place as Nawara's memorial service is held. Youssef refuses to have his children go to Safy's place. Dalila accuses Youssef of neglecting Nawara. Youssef finds a note from Nawara in their bedroom.

When the children fall ill, Gihan helps Youssef care for them. Safy moves in with Youssef to look after the children. Youssef suspects that Safy is helping Nawara leave him notes.

The police find Nawara's body. Safaa breaks down during the funeral. Wessam warns Youssef from opposing Safy so that they don't end up in court fighting over custody of the children.

Youssef monitors Safaa and breaks into Ramzy's house when he thinks that Nawara is there. Youssef gets more notes from Nawara. Gihan meets with her friend behind Emad's back.

When Hamza gets in trouble at the club, Dalila and Wessam defend him. Youssef encounters problems in his work. Emad grows suspicious of Gihan.

After he fights with Dalila and is warned by Safaa, Youssef manages to get the children back. Tension rises between Emad and Gihan.

Youssef suspects that Dalila is the one leaving him messages from Nawara. Youssef and Gihan run into each other while shopping, and Gihan lends him a hand.

When Dalila visits Youssef, she is shocked by the change she witnesses. Youssef keeps finding notes from Nawara to help him around the house. Lamiaa enlists Youssef's help to get Saleh reinstated in the club.

Gihan takes her daughters and Youssef's children to the amusement park. Youssef finds a note from Nawara after he yells at her picture, and Wessam warns him that there might be surveillance cameras installed in the house.

Youssef searches for surveillance cameras in his house and accuses Dr. Wael of being Nawara's accomplice. Ramzy visits Youssef and tells him that he wants to marry Safaa. Emad beats Gihan and kicks her out after a misunderstanding.

Youssef is unable to catch the person who slipped a note under the door. Gihan goes to Nevine's house. A guy from the gym threatens Dalila. Safaa learns that Ramzy visited Youssef.

Youssef shares his suspicions about Dalila and Nawara's deal with Safaa. A box that belongs to Dalila is found. When Youssef's mother and his brother come to visit, his mother clashes with her grandchildren.

Dalila gets fired. Youssef traces a phone number that he found in Dalila's room, but his search leads him to a dead end after he looks for someone called Umm Mahmoud.

Youssef discovers that the phone number belongs to Dalila's ex-boyfriend Adham. Dalila puts recordings of the gym client on social media. Youssef gets questioned when he gives a patient the wrong injection.

Youssef's mother clashes with her grandchildren and leaves the house. Saleh gets back his job in the club's security team. Youssef breaks down from the stress of everything that is happening and decides to give his children to Safaa.

Youssef tries to reconcile Emad and Gihan. Lamiaa tries to seduce Youssef. Youssef visits Saleh's place with his children. He tries to find out who switched the injections.

Emad and Gihan reconcile. Youssef discovers that Nawara bought tickets for a trip to Aswan and gives the tickets to Wessam. Dalila fights with Youssef for celebrating Wessam's marriage.

The police question Dalila. After yet another fight with Dalila, Youssef is surprised when she gets them tickets for another trip to Aswan. As they take the children and go, Youssef recalls his time with Nawara.

Ramzy continues to pursue Safaa but she tells him to stay away from her. Emad makes up reasons to fight with Gihan. Youssef chastises Farah after she meets Hazem who leaves her when he meets another girl.

As Youssef and Dalila grow close, he decides to tell her about Nawara's notes. Emad tries to control Gihan who confesses that Nevine has visited her. Lamiaa gets robbed.

Dalila accuses Youssef of being crazy and warns Safaa that he might pose a danger to the children. Dr. Samir makes a deal with Gamal to give him medications that are nearing their expiry date to sell. Wessam finds injections in Samir's locker.

Safaa looks for Nawara's notes in Youssef's house. Gihan helps Youssef's family set up Dalila's birthday party behind Emad's back. Emad discovers that Nevine is cheating on her husband Magdy.

Youssef starts to suspect that Gihan is the one leaving him notes. Emad is furious that Gihan is in contact with Youssef. Dalila grows jealous of Gihan. Safaa asks Lamiaa to get his daughter Enas to be the babysitter for Youssef's children.

After her divorce, Nevine gets Emad to suspect Gihan's fidelity. Youssef decides to monitor Gihan to determine if she is the one leaving him notes. A nurse eavesdrops on Samir and informs Wessam of what she has heard.

Dalila is angry that Ramzy has visited Safaa and confides in Youssef. Emad is suspicious of Gihan. Emad's sister, Sanaa, informs Gihan that Emad divorced her in absentia.

Youssef tries to help Gihan as she breaks down. As Enas starts working for Youssef, Dalila grows jealous of her. When Gihan confronts Emad, he threatens to take their daughters from her.

Emad decides to monitor Gihan who gets a new job. Dalila is arrested after she beats a guy who harassed her. Safaa slaps Dalila after they fight.

Dalila goes to spend the night at Youssef's place. Ramzy tries to help Safaa understand Dalila's feelings for Youssef. Samir puts drugs in Youssef's drink, causing him to commit an error as he puts a patient under anesthesia.

Youssef is reprimanded. Nevine tries to seduce Emad after Magdy quarrels with him. Youssef and Dalila grow close.

When Youssef helps Gihan with her plumbing, Emad grows mad when he sees them together. Dalila advises Youssef to see a psychiatrist when she sees the box where he keeps Nawara's notes and finds it empty.

Dalila takes Youssef to a psychiatrist. Youssef promises to show them any new notes. Nevine gloats as Gihan and Emad take their daughter Janna to a psychiatrist, but Janna goes missing.

When Safaa falls ill, Youssef leaves the hospital even though there is a patient waiting for him. Emad brings Janna back after he discovers that his sister Sanaa is the one who took her.

When Youssef finds a message on Nawara's old phone promising to meet someone, he starts to suspect that she was cheating on him. Emad is furious when he discovers that Gihan returned to her old job.

Youssef discovers that Nawara was in contact with a pharmacist called Amr Mohsen. Emad tries to prove that Gihan is having an affair to win their daughters' custody. Youssef asks Wessam for help to open a coded file on Nawara's laptop.

Youssef opens the file to find pictures of an unknown boy. Amr calls him and tells him not to look for him. Emad tears Gihan's designs.

When Youssef shows Safaa and Dalila the recordings of Nawara's meeting with Amr, Safaa is furious that he doubts Nawara's faithfulness and Dalila asks him to wait until he meets Amr.

Safaa tells Enas to bring her Nawara's phone. When Samir and Youssef fight, the former plants pharmaceutical drugs in the latter's car and gets him arrested.

Youssef is imprisoned and meets a prisoner who killed his unfaithful wife. Safaa defends Youssef who tells her that his car keys went missing for a while. Nevine asks to marry Emad.

A nurse testifies that she gave Samir the keys of Youssef's car. Youssef gets a notice that someone withdrew money from Nawara's account and reports it to the police.

Youssef is unable to see the face of the woman who withdrew the money. Emad kidnaps his daughters and leaves them in Nevine's house. Youssef helps Gihan look for them and sees a hat that resembles the one the mystery woman was wearing in her room.

Emad stabs Youssef when he finds him in Gihan's house. Farah reveals that she heard Gihan talking to someone about a secret that Youssef doesn't know. Youssef confirms that Nawara wasn't cheating and that her relationship with Amr revolved around his sick son.

Youssef gets a new message from Nawara. Emad learns the truth about Nevine and brings his daughters back to Gihan. A DNA test proves that the body the police found isn't Nawara. Youssef meets Dr. Wael.

Wael reveals that he saved Nawara and that they agreed to fake her suicide while she traveled abroad for treatment. Youssef sees Nawara who confesses that Gihan was helping her. Youssef forgives Nawara and the family gets reunited.
