As Haya remembers her late husband, she reflects on how she had to step in to look after their five daughters and their education. She also recalls the struggle of her sister, Wasmiya, to take care of the house in light of her husband’s apathy and irresponsibility.

As Haya travels to perform Umrah, her daughter Anfal seizes the opportunity to go out with her friends, which leads to a fight with her older sister. When Haya returns, she is shocked when her daughters' uncles threaten to expose her disreputable past if she doesn't hand them the entire inheritance.

As Haya recalls her time in prison, she breaks down because she was wrongfully convicted. After Wasmiya's husband borrows money from one of his friends, he evades him as he can not pay off his debt.

Haya admonishes her daughter Anfal for spending the night elsewhere. The girls question their aunt Wasmiya about their mother's past that their uncles are talking about. Wasmiya asks her husband to go pick her son from the police station after he beats his friends.

Shaikha remembers Mansour whose mother forced to wed his cousin. Mash'el evades his friends to whom he owes money. Reem refuses to go out with her sisters due to her disability.

Reem tells Haya about Anfal's plan to travel to Dubai behind her back. Mesh'el tries to flee the country. Reem agrees to participate in a drawing competition.

Wasmiya learns that Mesh'el is lying and that he borrowed money from his friends. Sarah resigns from the newspaper. Reem admonishes her mother for causing her a disability in her hand and leg.

Haya and Shaikha rebuke Sarah for her resigning. Sarah is confronted by a guy who attacks her car and tells her to stop what she is writing. The doctor tells Shaikha that he likes her. Shaikha sees Mansour in the supermarket.

Haya tells her daughters that their father lost his money in the stock market. Since his creditor wants his money back, Haya asks them to give up their inheritance. As Masha'el dons a hijab so that she could look like Anfal, she is confronted by a mysterious guy who threatens her with pictures.

Sarah starts her new job. Anfal and Masha'el quarrel after the latter pretended to be Anfal. Ghalia injures her foot and goes to the hospital. Hanan recalls how Sheikha opposed her brother's marriage to Hanan, which gave root to hatred to grow between them.

Haya takes her daughters to visit Ghalia at the hospital. Masha'el tries to help Anfal, who is in a bind because her friend's husband is trying to get close to her.

With the exception of Anfal, Haya's daughters gather money and give it to their mother so that she could pay off the debt. Mesh'el beats his son Salah after he gets a letter from his school.

Saleh runs away from his mother's house and moves in with Haya. Fahd's mother agrees with Haya to set a date for Shaikha's engagement. As Mansour pursues Shaikha everywhere, she quarrels with him.

Mesh'el learns that Saleh is at Haya's house. Haya and her daughters prepare for the wedding. Ghalia goes back to her ballet lessons with her father Eissa's encouragement.

Fahd gets engaged to Shaikha. Sarah gets anonymous threats over her Twitter replies. Eissa quarrels with Hanan for neglecting her son.

Haya meets her brother Hesham who rebukes her for cutting ties with her family. Wasmiya tries to help Faysal with his studies. Hanan tries to introduce her daughter Ghalia to the world of social media.

Haya tells Wasmiya that she saw her brother Hesham. She confides in Wasmiya about her wrongful imprisonment. Sarah leaves the newspaper after she learns about Abu Garah's connection to Abu Seif.

When Hanan creates Ghalia an account on social media without telling her, Eissa quarrels with her. Shaikha and Fahd get married.

Reem wins her drawing competition. Wasmiya and Haya try to visit their brother Samer, but he berates them and kicks them out.

Hanan hides Youssef's passport to prevent him from going to the swimming championship. Wasmiya is shocked when some girl informs her that Mesh'el proposed to her, prompting Wasmiya to ask for a divorce.

Haya tries to reconcile Wasmiya and her husband. When Wasmiya refuses, Mesh'el threatens to tell Haya's daughter about their mother's past. Eissa returns from his travel and discovers that his wife prevented Youssef from traveling. Fahd helps Sarah find a new job.

Haya reveals to Wasmiya that Fatma's mother is the reason she was imprisoned. Shaikha grows wroth when Fahd's sister tries to stick her nose in her life. Reem participates in a grand exhibit and starts selling her paintings.

When Mesh'el's attempts to extort Wasmiya fail, he turns his sight on Haya and threatens to tell her daughter about her past incarceration. Mudy tries to earn Haya's forgiveness, but the latter isn't willing to forgive her. Haya is shocked to learn that her daughter's manager is her own nephew.

Mistaking her for Anfal, two men kidnap Masha'el on her way out of college. When they finally release her, her uncle takes her to the police station to report the incident.

Masha'el tells her mother that her kidnappers mistook her for Anfal. Badr forces Haya to transfer the house's ownership to him. Fahd divorces Shaikha without telling her the reason.

Fahd refuses to reveal why he divorced Shaikha. Dary and Sarah agree to try and figure out the nature of his father's relationship with Haya. Fahd recalls the imprisonment of Shaikha's mother. Wasmiya is shocked when Mesh'el's second wife shows up.

Fahd tells Shaikha that he divorced her because of her mother's past incarceration. Sarah discovers that Dary's father is her uncle who cut ties with her mother for the crime she was imprisoned for.

When Haya learns that her daughters have found out about her past, she tries to explain herself, but they refuse to listen. Mesh'el is forced to return to his father's house after Wasmiya refuses to let him enter her own.

The shock of her daughter's rejection sends Haya to the hospital. Her sister Wasmiya gathers the girls and tells them the truth about Haya and her twin sister, Ghanima.

It's revealed that Ghanima asked her sister Haya to switch places with her to hide her travels to Kuwait from their brothers, but the switch is what landed Haya in jail instead of Ghanima. Saleh passes away. Shaikha weds Mansour. Badr's brothers strangle him.
