As Supergirl tries to defend humanity against an upcoming space invasion, a growing threat looms close, and she has to close ranks with other superheroes to save Earth and the other realms.

In the sixth and final season, with the help of her friends, Kara Danvers continues her attempts to protect National City and the Earth against any threat, maintaining her secret identity as Supergirl. Meanwhile, two of her worst enemies team up unexpectedly.
