Judy and Bubbles are two ballet dancers in a dance troupe owned by a former ballerina. But when the troupe disbands, the two girls take different paths. As Bubbles becomes a burlesque dancer who gains fame and fortune, she tries to make Judy lead the same path, while they both fall for the same guy.
