The story follows a skilled white-collar criminal who agrees to use his expertise in art theft and financial fraud to assist the FBI, helping them track down and capture other high-level white-collar offenders.
Season 2 begins with the FBI investigating Peter Burke for his role in Neal's alleged escape attempt and Fowler's disappearance. At the same time, Neal is dealing with the death of his girlfriend Kate.
