A terrible shooting leaves the Stones shaken, whereupon they get a very unsettling calling. With the Major still pretending to be a therapist, she tries to have more control over Saanvi. Ben and Grace tell the family about the pregnancy, of which Danny remains unaware.

After Ben learns that Vance is still alive, they discover that the Major has gotten hold of Saanvi's DNA research. As Grace and Ben resolve to find out who the baby's father is, Grace gets a strange calling. Ben encounters a college student and 828 passenger called TJ.

Michaela tries to have Zeke released from jail. After learning that the Major has gained access to her research, Saanvi seeks to know who leaked it, leading her to discover the Major's real identity. Grace receives a mysterious calling that involves a woman called Erika.

A calling sends Michaela and Zeke to a bank as a robbery is carried out by an 828 passenger whom Michaela recognizes. When the Major discovers that her cover has been blown, she decides to take action. As TJ learns about the death date, he is taken by Olive to the Church of the Returned.

As the Xers trash the Church of the Returned, Olive witnesses the incident, whereupon Ben tries to save her. While driving, Grace also has an accident caused by the Xers to which the police turn a blind eye. Zeke seeks to make it up to a woman he hurt in the past.

Zeke's troubled past catches up with him, threatening to throw his life off course. Ben and Michaela find out that Saanvi is testing experimental treatments on herself. Ben and Saanvi get a calling about the child of an 828 passenger. Jared becomes aware of the spreading of an anti-828 movement.

Following a shared calling with Saanvi, Michaela, and Adrian, Ben accosts the latter regarding the adverse effects of his preaching. As Michaela confronts Zeke with the drugs she found, he denies that they're his. While many 828 passengers attend an event, terrible goings-on occur.

Michaela grows suspicious of Jared, which forces her to take action. Still reeling from the nightclub tragedy, Olive is approached by Ben, who tries to bond with her. After making a major breakthrough in her research, a strange incident occurs to Saanvi.

Simon reveals to Jared his plan regarding Michaela. Saanvi's treatments start causing terrible side effects. During a thunderstorm, the Stones share a calling that leads to new revelations.

After learning the truth about Jared, Michaela tries to mend fences with him. Grace goes into labor as she and Ben pursue a calling. The Xers capture Zeke, whom Simon orders to be killed.

With Zeke's death date drawing closer, Saanvi reassures him that she's about to find the cure. Two callings send Ben and TJ on a mission to save a man attempting suicide. As the man turns out to be Zeke's estranged dad, Ben reconciles the two. Michaela gets a calling that leads her to a meth lab.

The meth dealers confess to their crime, whereupon they attempt to take revenge on Michaela and her family. Ben tries to assuage the guilt of an 828 passenger. As Saanvi seeks to protect herself from the Major, she tries to get in touch with Vance.

Upon learning of Cal's kidnapping, Michaela, Ben, and Zeke, whose time is almost up, set out to rescue him. Despite Vance's pleas, Saanvi seeks out the Major for information. The tail of Flight 828 is found by fishermen on a fishing boat.
