Eddie and Shauni are experiencing relationship issues. Mitch is taken aback when he discovers that his uncle may have learned where the golden boot is. Meanwhile, a singer is seeking to find a job in Los Angeles.

Mitch Buchannon, Hobie, Eddie, and Shauni journey to northern California accompanied by C.J. to look into the death of Mitch's uncle. Matt Brody and Summer Quinn arrive at Baywatch for rookie training season.

Shauni is kidnapped and discovers she is not pregnant after Eddie and Mitch come to her aid. Meanwhile, Mitch finds the golden boot. Eddie ties the knot with Shauni, and the couple relocates to Australia.

Mitch takes a walk down memory lane when he stumbles upon Stephanie Holden, a lady from his past who is now one of his fellow lifeguards. Matt stands up to some surfers who want to assume control of an area at the beach.

Complications emerge between Summer and Matt when Summer is terrified to leap off a pier. Meanwhile, C.J. and Stephanie live together, but their disparate living conditions gradually spin out of control.

Summer gets embarrassed when she misinterprets Jimmy Slade's casual request for a date. Hobie invents stories to get a lady to fall for him.

Summer grows jealous when Courtney Bremmer tries to wheedle Slade. C.J. receives a new offer at Malibu Beach High School. Meanwhile, Garner grows tired of his job.

Matt competes against Hudson during a motorcycle race on the rocks above Malibu. Mitch prepares to defeat Stephanie in a swimming event with his coach Garner's help.

C.J. gets involved in an accident during a race. Meanwhile, Mitch rescues Catherine, a royal princess who goes to spend a day on the beach surreptitiously and is pursued by two assassins who plot to abduct her.

To prevent a group of deadly pirates, who attacked two of Stephanie's friends, from taking over Baywatch, Mitch and Stephanie disguise themselves as an affluent couple on their honeymoon.

C.J. becomes involved in a love triangle when she meets Arlene and Dennis, a couple on their honeymoon, after which the latter deceives both her and his wife. Mitch and Stephanie attend to a dead guy on the rocks.

While the governor delivers a speech on the pier, three criminals prepare to carry out an assassination plot. Garner runs across Wendi, an old acquaintance of his sister's.

As Mitch's parents pay him a visit, his father asks him to run their architectural business, much to Mitch's dismay. Summer is plagued by a series of horrifying nightmares and decides to confide in Jackie.

As C.J. and Stephanie fly to Catalina for a girls' weekend, they get into much trouble when they run into two attractive guys and a dangerous thief. Hobie and Mitch agree to get a maid.

At Baywatch, a crew of UFO observers is anticipating the arrival of aliens arising from the water. After a surfing competition, Slade returns to Baywatch to be reunited with Summer, unbeknownst to him that a smuggling operation is being carried out through one of his surfboards.

Guido informs Mitch that he has launched a new company called Windows by Guido. As a fugitive drug lord plots to escape to South America with his gang, Summer grows suspicious of who he really is.

Stephanie and Mitch get lost in the Pacific Ocean and attempt to remain alive. The next day, they discover a deserted island and decide to stay there, but Stephanie starts to show symptoms of hypothermia. Meanwhile, Summer becomes concerned when Mitch is nowhere to be found.

As Summer and Stephanie are kidnapped and detained by a fugitive maniac in a lifeguard tower at Baywatch, Mitch and Matt attempt to come to their rescue before the psychopath can make his getaway.

As Mitch becomes besotted with a famous Italian actress who is shooting in town, he is perplexed when he discovers she is being pursued by two hoodlums. Guido enlists C.J. and Summer's help after lying to his mother about his job.

While three youngsters are trapped on a reef, Mitch does his best to save them, but he soon gets crippled. Riddick is summoned to assassinate Jason in Los Angeles.

Mitch, despite his inability to use his legs, rushes to Jason's help at the hospital when hired gun Riddick attempts to kill him again.

Matt enlists Mitch's help to participate in a kick-boxing match. When Michael Branson, an old adversary of Mitch's, arrives, he arranges a kick-boxing match between them to settle a score. C.J. gets approached about becoming a model.

Mitch is at odds with Wiley Brown, an arrogant new Australian lifeguard, as the latter is being egocentric and is hitting on Kaye Morgan, who is now wondering whether or not to embark on a relationship with Mitch.
