Set in a predominantly white Ivy League institution, where a group of black students are subjected to bullying and other forms of racial and ethnic discrimination.
In the aftermath of the town hall's protests, Sam finds herself in the middle of a backlash and war with social media, and Reggie tries to adjust to his former life after his recent run-in with the campus police.
In the third season, the black college students Sam, Lionel, and the rest of the gang get caught up in their own priorities, and Reggie tries to bring her relationship into the open.
