Billy Jack decides to fight the member of a motorcycle gang that is harassing the people in a little California town, particularly after he sexually assaulted four women, among other things.


The plot follows the adventures of an ex-Green Beret hapkido expert, Billy Jack, as he protects the students of a hippie-themed "freedom school" from the mistreatment of the townspeople.


Billy Jack receives a four-year jail sentence for manslaughter, yet, under Jean Roberts' direction, the Freedom School grows and thrives. Soon after Billy Jack's release from prison, things get challenging once more as he tries to protect his students from impending threats.


Following the mysterious death of a senator, Billy Jack is freed from prison and starts earning several political rewards, but he quickly finds out that he is dealing with corruption.


Billy Jack comes back on a risky trip and starts to fight a group of child rapists who use the kids for pornographic reasons.
