A grandfather, who is famous for his great ninja fighting abilities, passes on year after year his skills to his three grandchildren, who team up to fight a group of gangsters.
Despite having a championship baseball match, three brothers choose to walk out on the match when they learn that their grandfather needs them. As they arrive in Japan, they get embroiled in a conflict as they seek to protect their grandfather from an old foe.
On tribal lands, a high-profile businessman is found to have been secretly dumping toxic waste, whereupon the three ninja brothers Rocky, Colt, and Tum Tum make every effort to put an end to the threat.
As a young group of four friends visits Mega Mountain, an amusement park, their visit takes a wild turn when a ninja army led by Medusa terrorizes the place and keeps the owners for ransom. It's up to kids and a TV star to save the day and foil the evil Medusa's plan.
