As Saleh warns his son Hossam about his cousin Ragheb, Hawra is surprised after her marriage to Fares that he is taking drugs, so he beats her and then apologizes to her, but she accuses him of deceiving her.
As Hossam dies and Ragheb grieves over his loss, Haitham tells Saleh that Ragheb has burned down the wood warehouse and caused Hossam’s death. Saleh files a lawsuit against Ragheb, and a video is published of a woman accusing Ragheb of killing Hossam.
As Hawra reprimands Fares for breaking his promise to her and taking drugs, the police interrogate Ragheb about burning the warehouse, and Saleh asks his brother Ahmed to judge his conscience and verify the extent of his son Ragheb’s connection to Hossam’s death.
As Saleh falls ill, his wife throws his brother out of the house, and a letter comes from the court to pay the debts, or else Ragheb's house will be seized. On the other hand, Haitham incites Saleh against Ahmed.
Haitham tells the police about the disputes between Hossam and Ragheb over money, and Saleh transfers his property to his wife so that Ahmed and Ragheb do not inherit it. Shady reports that his daughter is lost in an amusement park.
Saleh becomes completely paralyzed, which prevents him from moving or speaking. Haitham incites his son Adel to steal money from Saleh's house. The lawyer tells Ragheb that his uncle wrote all of his property to his wife Fatima. The police confirm that the fire is caused by arson.
Haitham increases the hatred between Saleh and his brother. Ragheb asks Fatima to sell the warehouse to pay off his debts, but she refuses. Haitham takes advantage of Saleh's paralysis and beats him, confessing to burning the warehouse and killing Hossam.
Haitham keeps beating Saleh and stealing his money, and he falsely tells Fatima that Ragheb beat Saleh and stole his money, so Fatima files a report against Ragheb. On he other hand, Mona asks Ragheb to sell her land to pay off part of the debts.
Haitham pretends to love Fatima and incites his son to steal important papers from her house. Ragheb offers to take his uncle to his house, but Fatima refuses and throws Ragheb out. A video is published of a woman defaming Hawra.
Ragheb is tried on charges of attacking his uncle’s house and beating him, then he is released on bail. Haitham convinces Fatima to give him power of attorney to dispose of her property, and Fatima accuses Adel of theft.
Hawra decides not to leave Fares after learning about her pregnancy. Ragheb's sister, Noha, suffers after losing her daughter. Ahmed is suspended from teaching at the university because of his son. Haitham sells the apartment without Fatima's knowledge.
A video is published of a mysterious woman accusing Hoda, Ragheb's mother, of exploiting patients and taking money from them, and Fares puts drugs in his wife's coffee without knowing she is pregnant.
The detectives suspect a connection between Shady and Hossam's murder because of Hossam's love for Noha before Shady got married to her. A video is published of the mysterious woman accusing Ragheb of kidnapping children. Mona asks Ragheb to marry another woman because of her infertility, but he refuses.
Hawra asks Fares for a divorce because she knows he is trying to make her take drugs, Haitham tries to strangle Saleh, and Ragheb tries to tell Fatima about Haitham’s lies and deception, but she refuses to listen to him.
The detectives interrogate Ragheb about a voice recording in which he threatens to kill Hossam, but Ragheb denies that this is his voice. Fares decides to travel to France to receive treatment for his addiction, and Fatima discovers that her belongings have been stolen and contacts Majd to help her recover them.
Haitham bribes Majd not to help Fatima recover her property. Fatima quarrels with Haitham and accuses him of defrauding her. Mona feels guilty for not being able to have children and looks for a bride for Ragheb.
Mona asks Ahmed to convince Ragheb to marry another woman so he can have children. Noha is shocked by Shady's marriage to another woman, however, Shady confesses his love to Noha despite his marriage to another woman, and Noha gets tired of his constant jealousy and suspicion.
Najwa goes to live with Mona, and Haitham tries again to strangle Saleh, so Najwa tells Fatima about it, but the latter gets Alzheimer's. On the other hand, Sayyida accuses Ragheb of raping her.
Najwa tells Ahmed about Haitham's attempt to strangle Saleh, and about her mother killing her brother. Najwa's mother tells Ahmed about Najwa seeing unreal things, and Fares enters a rehabilitation center with the help of his father and wife.
Shady kidnaps his daughter Randa and threatens his wife Nour with divorce if she tells her mother. Nadeem witnesses Ragheb stealing goods from the warehouse. Ragheb marries the widow, Zainab, however, he gets arrested.
Najwa leaves the house after Haitham scares her. Rabie Haitham's son tells Ahmed that he has heard Haitham talking about his desire to get rid of Saleh, and Fouad smuggles Fares out of the hospital.
Ali receives a call from someone who tells him that his grandfather Ahmed was injured in an accident. Ahmed tells him that it is a trick by Haitham so that he can kill Saleh. Fares agrees to Fouad marrying his sister Salma so that he can give him drugs. The court approves Ahmed’s guardianship over Saleh.
Bilal dies, and the lawyer tells Fares that his wife Hawra has the right to the inheritance until he recovers from addiction. Ahmed asks Najwa to stay with Fatima to protect her from Haitham, and Hawra puts a sleeping pill in Fares' juice.
Ali helps Hawra tie Fares to the bed to treat his drug addiction. Sanaa agrees with her brother Fouad to prevent Haitham from traveling, so Fouad sends men to beat Haitham and break his legs.
Hawra tells her family about Fares' travel and hides his drug addiction from them. Haitham is shocked to find that his legs are broken and he is unable to move. A video is published of the mysterious woman accusing Ragheb of killing Fares.
It turns out that the mysterious woman is Sanaa, Haitham's wife, and her son Rabie finds out about this, so his uncle Fouad threatens to kill him. Sanaa makes Haitham believe that he has cancer so that he can put his properties in her name, and years later, Mona becomes pregnant.
Reem discovers from a blood test that Sanaa and Fouad lied about Haitham having cancer. Sanaa steals important papers from Haitham and locks her son Rabie in the house so that he does not tell the police about her. Shady dies without telling Noha where her daughter is.
Ragheb is sure that Fouad and his gang are behind defaming his reputation and destroying his family, and that Sanaa is behind the videos. Ihab helps the police by installing a wiretapping device to arrest Fouad.
Saleh speaks and tells his brother that Haitham is behind Hossam's murder. Fouad is accused of communicating with an Israeli network and smuggling drugs into his country. Haitham is arrested to be tried in the case of Hossam's murder. Sanaa is killed, and Noha is happy with the return of her daughter Randa.
