Faten, an air hostess, is searched by the police after they receive news she is smuggling illegal substances in her bag. To get back home, she has to take a shuttle.
After a month off, Faten returns to work, and the doorman doesn't let her in until her friend intervenes. Meanwhile, her manager tells her he's changing the cabin crew because he wants younger girls. Afterwards, she gets bound by who she believes is a policeman.
Faten gets divorced and moves in with her parents, and her mother blames her for her circumstances. Meanwhile, her manager tells her she's too old for her job, which made her feel sad.
Faten now works in economy and finds it harder to deal with the passengers as they are very different from the first class passengers she's used to. When she's fed up, her friend consoles her.
A new girl joins the crew with Faten and keeps watching her from afar. Meanwhile, a robbery takes place during the flight and the police reveal that someone is behaving abnormally.
Faten advises the new girl to tie her hair and wear her cap and gives her tips on how to keep control of the passengers, which impresses their manager. Meanwhile, her brother gets in a fight and gets arrested and she goes to bail him out.
The new air hostess spies on Faten to report her performance to their manager to determine whether or not she can return to first class. However, she's jealous of Faten.
Faten intervenes to end an argument between two passengers. Afterwards, she meets with the man who wants her to smuggle things for him again and she tells him to talk to her friend instead. However, Faten feels guilty when he kidnaps her friend, as she has grown to love Naeema.
Faten pretends to befriend the new crew member and goes out with her and a few other girls. The smuggler places a piece of paper in Faten's bag to give to Naeema, while Naeema is banned from flights because of the bruises on her face.
Faten's mother argues with her brother because he repeatedly steals from them, and her father overhears them and has a stroke. Faten rushes to the hospital to see him, followed by Naeema. Meanwhile, the girls at the airport avoid Faten and she doesn't know why.
Naeema discovers Faten's relation to the smugglers when she finds the letter in the garbage. Meanwhile, Faten manages to get her car back from her ex-husband and demands her share of the house as well.
The airline manager tells Faten he knows she works with smugglers. As for Naeema, she's abducted by the smuggler's men after they found out she discovered their connection to Faten.
Both Faten and Naeema decide to help the police against drug smuggling, especially since drug-related deaths are recurrent in their area.
Faten's brother beats her sister up and locks her in her room because she doesn't dress as modestly as he wants her to. He also tells Faten she's brought shame to the family because of her job. Faten then tries to console her sister.
Hasnaa gets into a fight with the airline manager and leaves to meet with Reda, Faten's ex, with whom she's having an affair. Meanwhile, Faten goes home to yet another argument with her brother.
Faten receives news that her brother is involved with drug dealers. She arranges with the police to go and save her brother and she manages to do so and the police arrest the drug dealers.
The detective asks Faten to pretend she's willing to have an affair with her manager and to meet him at his apartment so they can lure him in and then arrest him. However, he figures it out and tries to kill Faten but the police intervene and arrest him.
