As Dr. Taiba is saddened that she is not able to conceive, she tries to compensate for that by loving and caring for her husband Talal, while her sister Dalal resents her husband Sultan's neglect of his work and their lives.
Dalal suffocates from a gas leak from the stove left by her husband, Sultan, who went out to watch the match. As her sister Taiba takes her to the hospital in critical condition, along with her son, she tries to find out who caused this.
As Sultan confesses to Taiba that he is behind the gas leak, he feels ashamed when Dalal leaves the house, while his manager reprimands him. As differences arise between Faris and Wafaa in the hospital, she requests her transfer. It appears that Talal is secretly married to another.
As Taiba and Talal are able to reconcile between Sultan and Dalal, she returns to her home after Sultan promises to change his ways and take care of her and their son.
Abdullah grows upset with his wife Manal's requests and her extravagance in buying her things. Dalal notices that her husband Sultan's behavior towards her has changed for the better.
As Sultan returns to his old habits of neglecting his wife, his home, and his work, Dalal resents her son's cravings for food and how Sultan is indulging him about it.

The police investigate Taiba for the medical error. Abdullah threatens to divorce Manal if she doesn't stop the defamation of his sister Taiba.
Manal loses her fetus as a result of her negligence. Wafaa gets close to Faris' friend, while Faris decides to travel abroad. Talal tries to apologize to Taiba.
Manal retires from social media, and regrets what she did against Taiba. Talal tries to prove that he wasn't unfaithful to Taiba. Sultan suffers from a bad psychological state after the burning of his restaurant.
Dalal asks the police to transfer her husband Sultan to psychiatry. Rakan and Wafaa get married. As the court rules with the acquittal of Taiba of medical error, she forgives Talal.
