Ray is sent by Freddy on a mission to get rid of two addicts after they bungled a job involving a corpse.

After finding out that she is being cyberbullied, Ray pays a visit to Brittany's classmate's mother, who insists that her daughter is innocent, after which Ray tells Ally how he was the victim of bullying and abuse when he was a child.

Ray and Ally get into an embarrassing situation with Brittany. Bruce, Ray's brother who has MND, comes to stay in his garage. Ray goes on a mission to collect money owed by some guy.

An aging man with terminal cancer hires Ray to locate the body of his daughter who disappeared as a teen 24 years ago. Ray's investigations lead him to a convicted pedophile named Dennis.

As Ray tries to stop smoking for Brittany's sake, a violent incident at the Christmas party leads Ally to confront Ray about his aggressive behavior, which he blames on the fact that he is trying to quit smoking.

As Ray tries to cope with his breakup with Ally, he is tasked with dealing with a lady who has been blackmailing the person who hired him.

Bill, Ray's estranged father, declines to see him after Ray takes Bruce to pay him a visit. Ray is hired to rub out a guy named Vinnie, but the job does not go as planned.

At Freddy's request, Ray talks to Freddy's friend's daughter, who happens to be writing a book about criminal psychology. Ray manages to capture Vinnie. Also, Ray disobeys Freddy's orders to kill Dirk.

When Maddy, Dirk's daughter, is abducted while she is out with Ray and his daughter, Ray and Gary look for her, leaving no stone unturned.

After Freddy cuts ties with Ray due to an incident involving Davros' brother, Alex sends two bikers to attack Ray, but he manages to kill them and goes after Alex, who tries to get his life spared in return for a large amount of cash he has stashed away.

Alex succeeds in escaping just as Ray, Dave, and Gary are getting the hidden cash. With Bruce's health deteriorating, he contemplates death, then he and Ray visit their childhood home, where a shocking ending awaits.
