Altaf remembers how her peers bullied her because of her deformed lip. Fouz's brother overhears her and their father's last discussion about giving her the key to an important door if she doesn't take her rights. Abdulaziz dislikes his wife's neglect of their children and her dependency on Altaf.

When Sarah accuses her friend Altaf of having an affair with her husband Abdulaziz, Altaf resigns from the company. Raad and Sultan resolve to fool Fouz with love to discover the seventh door. Yasser goes to Altaf's house to propose to her, and she is surprised by his face's malformation.

Altaf agrees to marry Yasser. Meanwhile, Raad discovers that his sister Fouz is secretly married to Sultan, so he locks him on the farm and asks the villa designer to discover any secret doors.

Sajia, Raad's wife, deletes pictures of his sister Fouz from the drive so that he does not threaten her with them. Abdulaziz suspects that there is a relationship between Sarah and Raad, and Altaf recognizes her sister, Sajia.

The police investigate Sultan's disappearance. As Raad locks Fouz up, he blackmails Sarah, threatening her to reveal what she is hiding from her husband. Fouz discovers the Seventh door and finds papers hidden by her father. Sajia discovers a secret camera in Raad's eyeglasses.

Sajia discovers Raad's drug dealing, and Sarah tells Altaf about her deformed back. Fouz gives Raad papers proving that he is not her brother. Abdelaziz confronts Raad about his relationship with Sarah, stabs him with a knife, and runs away. The police arrest Altaf and accuse her of the crime.

The police interrogate Altaf. Elsewhere, Raad runs away from the hospital. Abdulaziz divorces Sarah and proposes to Altaf, but she refuses. Yasser decides to take revenge on Fouz, who disfigured his face. Raad kidnaps Sarah.
