As Sarhan kicks out his brother, Karim, from his house for selling their father's land, Fathi tries to convince his father to forgive his uncle, Karim. After the three friends Ahmed, Fathi and Ibrahim graduate college, they think about starting their careers. Sarhan demands that Fathi marry Hanaa.
Fathi marries Hanaa to please his father and at the same time to spite Khalil, who wanted to marry her, but Hanaa discovers that after the marriage and that Fathi doesn't love her.
Hanaa asks Fathi for a divorce. Hamed has a tragic accident in which he passes away. Ibrahim stars working in the field of journalism. Abu Ahmed turns to Karim to find him a job.
As Ahmed gets hired as a teaching assistant at the university, Karim helps him by working for his company. Hanaa suffers while living with Fathi, who aspires to get rich, until he divorces her. He refuses to work in his father's land and lives with his uncle. Enmity and rivalry arise at work between Karim and Kamel.

Jaber tries to incite Ahmed to secretly work for Kamel, who refuses to help his brother, Owaidah, and accuses him of being after his money. After Hanaa gives birth to her first child, she thinks of completing her studies. Abu Fathi doubts Karim's incitement of his son to leave farming of his land.
Ahmed grows fond of Salwa, to whom Fathi proposes, but she rebuffs him, so Fathi decides to take revenge on Ahmed's uncle, Karim, in agreement with Kamel, to award him the bid and steal its papers from his uncle, Karim.
Fathi hands over all the bid documents to Kamel. Hanaa agrees to marry Khalil. Sarhan blames Fathi for not seeing his son. Kamel transfers ownership of his properties to his daughter Camelia, to disinherit his brothers. With his usual malice, Fathi entraps Ahmed and accuses him of stealing Karim's money.
Abu Ahmed tries to warn Karim of Fathi, but Karim refuses to listen to him. Fathi confesses to Ahmed in front of Kamel that he is the reason for his expulsion from the company and his accusation of theft. Kamel discovers that Fathi was previously married to Hanaa.
Khalil and Hanaa's wedding takes place. Sarhan forgives his brother, Karim. While Fathi tries to get close to Salwa, he does the same with Kamel's daughter, Camelia.
Salwa complains to her father about Fathi's intrusion and his approaches to her, while the latter implicates Karim in buying buildings in violation of regulations, upon which he loses all his money and is hospitalized. Ibrahim uses his work in the newspaper to expose Fathi's manipulation.
Kamel apologizes to Karim and tells him that Fathi is the reason behind what happened to him. Sarhan brawls with his son. Ahmed decides to work with Salwa to get his father, Karim, his job back. Camelia asks Fathi to officially ask for her hand.
Owaidah forgives his brother Kamel, who assures him that he has changed. Kamel is shocked when Camelia tells him that she wants to marry Fathi, whom he kicks out of the villa, and asks her to tell Fathi that she is deprived of her father's money to make sure of his love for her.
Camelia insists on marrying Fathi. Abu Ibrahim asks his son to marry Fathia. Saber refuses to wed his daughter, Mahasen, to Assem.
Ahmed asks to marry Salwa and her father agrees. Khalil backs down from his refusal of Hanaa's completion of her education. Fathi tries to deceive Kamel into agreeing to his marriage to Camelia and tells him to return Karim's money to him.
Fathi and Camelia tie the knot, and so does Ahmed and Salwa, and they travel for their honeymoon. Fathi thinks of convincing Camelia to give him a power of attorney to manage all her business, after her father hired him as the financial manager of the company. Karim passes away.
Sarhan's psychological state is affected by the death of his brother, Karim. Kamel conveys Camelia's pregnancy to Fathi, who plots with a woman to deceive Kamel and get close to him, as well as driving a wedge between Camelia and her father by deluding her about her father's marriage to this woman.
Camelia discovers that Fathi has deceived her and seized all her money under the power of attorney she gave him. Salwa gives birth to her first child. Years pass by and Ahmed grows up and enrolls in the university.
Fathi sets up his new company, throws Jaber in jail, and separates his children. Hanaa rejects her son Salah's relationship with his brother, Mahmoud, after she has become a lawyer.
Fathi tries to bargain with Salwa to help his daughter, Siham, in college, but she refuses and kicks him out of her house. Siham discovers that Fathi has taken another wife other than her mother, Camelia.
Fathi fires his assistant, Misho, who decides to take revenge on him by working for Ahmed's company. Fathi refuses to enroll his son, Mahmoud, in the Faculty of Agriculture to manage his grandfather Sarhan's land, and at the same time thinks of signing over his property to his new wife, Narges.
Fathi warns his son Salah to stay away from his brother Mahmoud, otherwise he will pulls strings to transfer him from his job. Alia insists on a divorce from Ibrahim. Jaber is released from prison and decides to take revenge on Fathi. Adel gets hired in his father Ahmed's company upon his graduation.

Fathi is shocked at Narges, who threatens to report his forgery and corruption to the police, unless he signs over half of his assests to her. Fathi threatens to kill Adel, who marries Siham without his consent.
Fathi appoints a guard to prevent his daughter from returning to Adel and threatens her to ask for a divorce. Siham suffers a nervous breakdown. After the Tax Authority impounds Fathi's company branches and he is arrested, he transfers his properties in his son's name and goes insane. Mahasin learns she's pregnant.
