Mariam suffers from the prosecution of her daughter, Tamara, who kicks her out of her birthday, so she continues to visit her psychiatrist friend, which makes his fiancée, Farida, jealous.

Since Tamara wants Nancy to split up with her fiancé, Khaled, she blackmails her with a scandalous video. Aziz incites Tamara against Mariam and fills her mind with lies about her. Mariam is having difficulty attending Youssef’s wedding.

Youssef colludes with a doctor to delude Mariam into thinking that she suffers from an incurable disease and that he and Mariam got married behind Farida’s back. Tamara’s plan against her friend, Nancy, works out. Youssef and Farida meet up with Nadine and Aziz.

Nour confesses to Ziad that she is the daughter of Mariam's maid, and that Mariam adopted her. Farida tells Nadine about Mariam's illness. Youssef pleads with Mariam to take her medications. As Farida receives a message from an unknown number revealing the marriage, Youssef divorces Mariam in front of her.

Youssef scolds Farida and deludes her into thinking that Mariam has been taking advantage of him. Mariam discovers that Youssef intends to take over her properties by using an authorized procuration. Tamara ruins her friend's wedding by posting photos of her with her ex-boyfriend.

Khaled discovers the truth about Tamara and decides to take revenge on her. Farida suggests that Youssef hold up putting Mariam's hospital up for sale. After Nancy turns to Mariam to protect her from Tamara, Mariam goes to Aziz's house to find Tamara unconscious.

Tamara refuses to sue Khaled. Mariam justifies herself in front of Tamara after she enters the hospital due to her bruises. After her recovery, Tamara goes to a sleepover with Mariam, but she leaves after seeing Nour, only to spot Youssef and Nadine together at her father's house.

Nadine threatens Tamara that she will imprison Aziz if Tamara tells him that Nadine is cheating on him. Tamara returns to sleep at Mariam's house and hides from her what happened. Farida finds out about Youssef's relationship with Nadine.

Youssef and Farida initiate procedures to kick Mariam out of the hospital. Aziz has doubts about Nadine telling him that Tamara is moving to Mariam's house. After three months, Nadine discovers her pregnancy.

Mariam fails to get back her hospital, which is at present run by Farida. Youssef accuses Nadine of lying about his paternity of the baby. A quarrel comes about between Nour and Mariam after Tamara interferes again in her relationship with Zeyad.

After Tamara finds out that Youssef is a friend of Aziz, the latter learns of Youssef's betrayal of him with Nadine. Farida informs Youssef that they are expecting a baby. Aziz kicks Nadine out and confesses to Tamara that he misjudged Mariam.

After the death of Aziz, Nadine returns to his home to announce her pregnancy by him, but Tamara accuses her of lying. The next day, Nadine calls the police to kick Mariam out of Aziz's house. Hussein tries to rob Mariam's house while she is away, but he is surprised when she arrives with Tamara.

Hussein escapes from Mariam's house. After Nadine runs Aziz's business, she hands Youssef a check until they can share Aziz’s wealth as soon as Nadine gives birth to the baby.

Youssef orders Nadine to abort the baby. Farida meets up with her ex-boyfriend, Murad. After Youssef transfers his ownership of the hospital to Farida, he discovers that she is deceiving him in cooperation with Mariam.

Mariam tells Youssef about the friendship that binds her to Farida, and how they plotted together for him to marry Farida in order to get Mariam's hospital back from him.

Youssef returns to his first plan with Nadine, which is to keep the baby in order to receive the fortune. Mariam and Farida travel to Tamara, who meets Kisho.

While Youssef puts Farida's father into his revenge plan and fills his head with lies, Farida returns to Cairo. Mariam meets Kisho's family, while Nour is suffering during her absence. Moreover, the relationship between Mariam and Tamara strengthens.

After Youssef threatens Farida with videos of her, he forces her to return to him, and to cut off her relationship with Mariam. Nadine discovers that she is pregnant with a boy.

Mariam and Tamara fix the situation between Zeyad's mother and Nour. Youssef and Nadine plot with Hussein to steal Mariam's money and papers. Youssef returns to pressure Farida.

Mariam returns to run the hospital, while Nour returns to live with her. Farida's father refuses to believe Mariam as she reveals the truth behind Youssef. After his prior agreement with Nadine and Youssef, Kisho manages to make Tamara fall for him. Farida tells Mariam about Youssef's threats to her.

Youssef insults Farida by bringing his girlfriend to the house. Hussein colludes with his friend to rob Mariam's house during Nour and Ziad's engagement party, but only chance forces the couple to return to Mariam's house.

After Hussein's friend robs the safe and strikes Nour as she catches him in the act, Nour dies after she arrives at the hospital, while Ziad fails to chase the thief.

Mariam evades admitting to Tamara the content of the stolen files, and the former accuses Nadine and Youssef of committing the crime. After Hussein breaks his agreement with Youssef, Mariam tells Tamara that Youssef was her husband.

After Tamara reproaches Mariam for marrying the one who caused Aziz's death, they reconcile. Youssef beats Farida when she turns to her lawyer friend, Magdy, to help her. Hussein's wife finds out about the involvement of Hussein and Awad in Nour's murder.

Farida's father clings to his exemplary opinion of ​​Youssef. As soon as Mariam is suspicious of seeing Youssef at Hussein’s house, Youssef informs the police about Hussein and Awad after he obtains the file from Hussein.

Hussein admits to Youssef's incitement to him. Farida moves to Mariam's house after her father passes away. Youssef fills Kisho's head with lies about Mariam, persuading him to take control of Tamara.

Kisho's father visits Mariam. Farida continues with the khula procedures. Kisho surprises Youssef by implementing his scheme with his sister, Sarah, and not with Tamara.

Kisho's confession to Mariam regarding Nadine and Youssef’s scheme is revealed. As Mariam bargains with Youssef to return the file to her and divorce Farida, he submits to her and pours out his anger on Sarah.

Mariam convinces Tamara of Kisho's love for her. The police apprehend Sarah on charges of drug possession. After Mariam kicks her out, Nadine gets into a car accident and loses her baby.

Tamara's old friend masterminds an accident that disfigures her face, after which Tamara undergoes a plastic surgery performed by Mariam. In the wake of her recovery, Tamara marries Kisho and they have a daughter. Selim and Mariam fall in love with each other. Youssef finds a new victim to deceive.
