After her mother's death, Enjy moves into a new apartment. She gets to know some neighbors, including Sabah, who tries to commit suicide, but Enjy saves her, and she notices strange events taking place in the apartment.

As Enjy finds out about the psychological condition that Sabah developed after her husband's disappearance, she gets to know Dr. Yousef and is surprised when someone appears to her in the apartment.

Enjy seeks to leave the apartment, and when she decides to photograph it in order to sell it, events begin to unfold, so she resorts to the spiritual healer Sija to find out what is happening to her.

Enjy fails to sell the apartment, so she is forced to confront what is happening and search for the truth about the disappearance of Mamdouh, Sabah's husband, and his relationship with the writer Ziad, who appeared to her, and she sees a conversation that took place between him and Sabah.

Enjy is shocked when she finds the remains of human flesh that Sabah gives to the cats. Sabah is arrested and Ziad's head is discovered in her house, and she is placed in a psychiatric clinic.

Sabah tries to commit suicide again, and Enjy turns to Yasser to help her, and he discovers that there are other spirits in the house trying to communicate with Enjy.

Enjy quarrels with the editor-in-chief of the paper in which she works after discovering that he has stolen citizens' donations, and is surprised by a photo of Mamdouh on her personal phone during her visit to Sabah in the clinic.

As Enjy meets her aunt and tries to find out about any mental illness that afflicted her family members in the past, she seeks to discover the real cause of her father's death.

After she sees Ziad in a dream burying his diary, Enjy goes to the same place and discovers through the diary that there is a relationship between him and the actress Zina and that he learned the secret of the third eye. The psychiatrist informs Enjy of her father's death from a mental illness.

Enjy finds Mamdouh's body in the apartment and informs the police. She discovers a relationship between him and Zina, as a quarrel arose between Ziad and Mamdouh over Zina's love. She also discovers a relationship between the three and Maher, the building's guard.

Zahi is arrested after finding the sales contract for Mamdouh's shop in his apartment. Zahi suspects that his brother Maher is behind placing the contract and Mamdouh's seal in the apartment in order to put him in prison. Yousef's daughter sees a woman trying to throw her out of the window.

The doctor tells Yousef that Enjy has a mental illness like her father, and that she will pass the illness on to her unborn children. Enjy discovers that she has schizophrenia and that the ghosts she sees in the apartment are not real.

Enjy discovers through Ziad's diary that Sarah committed suicide in the apartment. Sabah burns the room, imagining that she is celebrating her birthday with Mamdouh. Zahi tells the police officer about what Maher did earlier and his agreement with the charlatan Shawak.

The police raid Maher's house and discover that there is a secret passage between it and Enjy's apartment and that he is practicing witchcraft. Maher confesses to the investigator what happened between him and Ziad and Mamdouh and how he killed the latter.

Zahi is released, and Enjy asks Yousef to meet his daughter and asks her to go to the butcher shop. There, Enjy sees Sarah, who tells her that she has seen the third eye, and Sarah tries to push her to commit suicide.
