Salwa and Dalal try to come up with money to buy a gift for their mother amid their brother Ghawar neglect of them. Ghawar's friends discover his mother's work as a housemaid, while Ghawar buys Mother's Day gifts in an attempt to fix things with his family.

The patients of the Happy Dreams Hospital suffer from medical corruption under the management of Ghawar and Hosni. Ghawar causes a patient to get sick due to his wrong prescription of treatment.

Ghawar dreams of marrying Izdihar and getting a decent job, but his attempts to get a job fail due to his inability to read and write.

After Ghawar's mother's refuses to let Hosni live in their house, Hosni and Ghawar resort to rob a house to get money to provide housing. Ghawar is forced to disguise in women's clothes to escape from the owners of the house.

As Hosni and Ghawar run an office to facilitate marriage, Hosni goes to propose to Lina with Ghawar, only for Lina to fall for Ghawar, and the marriage gets complicated.

As Ghawar works in Hosni's sewing workshop, he cheats his customers by providing fabrics for his wife to make a dress before the festive season begins.

After proposing to his manager's daughter, Ghawar discovers that his manager submitted his resignation, so he sends him a letter to break off his engagement to his daughter. But when he discovers that his manager has withdrawn his resignation, he goes to his house before the latter reads the letter.

Ghawar works hard in hopes that Faiza will agree to marry him, but she refuses him because of his poverty. As soon as Ghawar begins to neglect his work, his manager notices him and decides to give him a raise.

Ghawar tries to save money by selling watermelons to help his sister with her education. But when he goes to Hosni to get the money, it falls through when Ghawar mocks his past.

Ghawar takes written exams at Hosni's company in the hope of getting a job. He tricks one of the applicants into replacing his paper, only to discover that his rival has won the job.

Ghawar accidentally goes to psychiatrist Hosni to have his tooth pulled, and ends up on a chase with a patient who seeks to kill him.

John fakes his death to test his relatives, Hosni and Ghawar, only to discover their greed for his wealth all the time and their indifference to him.

When Umm Marei threatens to kick Ghawar out of the apartment because he has not paid the rent, he turns to Hosni's company in search of a job. But when a misunderstanding leads Hosni to think that Ghawar is the tax inspector, Ghawar takes advantage of the situation before he gets caught.

As Hosni persuades Ghawar to return to work in his barbershop, Ghawar soon causes many disasters for the customers.
