Captain Fahd manages to arrest a dangerous criminal. The soldier, Rashash, remembers what happened to him inside his military base, which led to his expulsion and his transformation into a criminal pursued by justice.
As Rashash escapes, the police begin gathering information on the perpetrators. A police sergeant admits that Rashash is among them.
As Fahd tries to convince his boss that the criminal they are looking for is Rashash, he gathers a lot of information about him. Rashash and his gang keep blocking roads and terrorizing people. On the other hand, Fahd helps his brother achieve his dream of learning about flying.
The police fail to catch Rashash. As Fahd meets him by coincidence, Rashash challenges him, and threatens to kill him.
Fahd tells his boss, Azzam, that there is a spy in the department who tells all their plans to Rashash. As they work together to catch the spy and succeed in ambushing Rashash, the latter uses the hostages to escape from the police's grip.
As the police succeed in killing two of Rashash's relatives, they reach his uncles and they demand his extradition. However, his uncle denies his presence with them. A confrontation happens between Rashash and Fahd, whose family is threatened.
Rashash breaks into Fahd's home, terrorizing his family. Fahd's wife is taken to the hospital to give birth. As Rashash escapes to Yemen, Fahd follows him in an attempt to persuade the sheikh of the Yemeni tribe to hand him over, but fails.
Rashash and his partner return to Saudi Arabia, and the latter betrays him and hands him to the police in exchange for a financial reward announced by Fahd. Rashash is sentenced to death, and the sentence is executed.
