Roger and Anita are a couple with many dalmatian dogs. When an acquaintance of theirs, the evil heiress Cruella de Vil, tries to buy the dalmatians in order to make a coat out of their skin, the couple refuses, so Cruella decides to kidnap the dogs instead.
