Zaki's mom is upset about the situation between her and her brother Amjad, who refuses to give her her inheritance from their father and claims that their father had signed over all his property before his death to Amjad’s mother, so she has no choice but to resort to the courts to obtain her rights.

Umm Zaki (Zaki's mom) tells her two daughters that her marriage to their late father, Hazem, caused problems between her and Amjad. Abu Hazem (Hazem's dad) seeks to reconcile them to no avail, and Farid gets close to Aida and thinks about marrying her.

Khawla scolds Nabil for treating his brother Ghassan in a harsh manner. Hania visits her brother Zaki in prison, and the latter tells Farid the location of the money he hid and asks him to bring it.

Hania admires Ghassan, and it becomes clear that Nabil had previously been involved with Zaki in illegal trade, so Farid demands that he return the money to Zaki. Aida seeks to persuade her uncle Amjad to give her mother her share in the inheritance.

Farid tells Zaki that Nabil is shunning him and not giving him money. Umm Ghassan tries to convince her son to marry Noura, her sister's daughter.

Farid contacts the merchant Azzam, who supplies devices to Nabil. Farid blackmails Nabil financially and threatens to report Azzam. Amjad tries to negotiate with Umm Zaki again before the court session.

Nabil marries Khawla, and Hania tells Aida of her admiration for Ghassan. Farid visits Zaki in prison and asks him for his sister Aida’s hand in marriage.

Hania seeks Ghassan's help for her grandfather Abu Hazem's illness, and she takes him to the hospital, and Farid gets close to the engineer Ruby, Amjad's daughter.

Farid reveals to Ghassan that his brother Nabil had worked with Zaki previously. Nabil scolds Ghassan for his relationship with Hania and asks him to sever his relationship with her family. Noura falls in love with Mashour despite the financial difference between them.

Aida and Farid's engagement party takes place, after which the latter proposes to Ruby, and Khawla asks Hania to stay away from Ghassan so as not to cause problems with his brother.

Ghassan scolds Farid for his relationship with Ruby and threatens to tell Aida about their relationship. Khawla asks Noura to tell their aunt, Umm Ghassan, about her decision to marry Mashour.

Aida threatens her uncle Amjad with revenge if he does not give her mother her share in inheritance, and it becomes clear that Aida has plotted with Farid to get closer to Ruby to take revenge on her father.

Amjad worries that Farid is after Ruby's money. Farid plans with Nabil to work together. Mashour is forced to postpone his engagement to Noura due to the death of his mother.

Mashour breaks up with Noura. Amjad asks his daughter to sign over all her property to him so that Farid does not covet it. Hania’s mother scolds her daughter for meeting Ruby in an attempt to influence her father to give her mother her inheritance.

Aida worries about Farid's attachment to Ruby, and Noura's mother seeks to restore her daughter's relationship with Ghassan.

Farid regrets what he did to Ruby. Aida breaks off her engagement to Farid, and Noura devises a plan to marry Ghassan in order to ignite the fires of jealousy in Mashour's heart.

Ruby visits her aunt, Umm Zaki, and Aida tries to kick her out of the house. She has a breakdown and is taken to the hospital. Nabil gets angry when he learns of Ghassan’s work with Farid.

Nabil quarrels with Ghassan because he wants to marry Hania, and Khawla returns to Ghassan the money that Nabil seized.

Ruby asks her father, Amjad, to fix the situation with her aunt. Things become tense between Hania and Noura, and the latter asks her to stay away from Ghassan.

Ghassan tries to convince Hania to marry him without his family’s knowledge and to travel abroad. Amjad confronts Farid about his plot with Aida against Ruby and stipulates that he must marry Ruby in order to fix things. Farid informs Nabil that his wife Khawla is pregnant.

Nabil gathers his family members to prevent Ghassan from marrying Hania. The latter suffers a car accident after Ghassan tells her that he wants to postpone their marriage. Ruby has a breakdown when she discovers that Farid and Aida are deceiving her.

Hania dies in the hospital. Ghassan has a breakdown and falls into a bad psychological state, while Farid decides to travel abroad.
