A school bus overturns and the children get injured. Yehia advises his friend Nabil to take care of his daughter and give her more of his time, but he's surprised when he finds out that Nabil is having an affair. Eissa takes the defence of some people in a court case against his friend Adel.
Shawqi reprimands his son Bassem for taking his car without permission. Ms. Nagwan has notices sent to the parents who haven't paid their children's tuition fees. Meanwhile, parents learn about the school bus rollover, and Sherif quarrels with Maryam.
The police arrive at the scene of the bus accident and investigate the matter, whereas the students' parents arrive at the hospital to check on their children. They rebuke Ms. Nagwan for her negligence. Shawqi learns that his son Bassem was on the bus at the time of the accident.
Yehia recalls when he believed his son Walid, after his teacher denied that his grades were inaccurate. When Shawqi arrives at the hospital, he's told that his son Bassem is in the operating room, whereas the students' parents check on their kids and Sherif donates blood to the child Ragab.
The doctor informs the parents of the conditions of their kids, most of whom had concussions and fractured hands and feet. As the child Adam dies, his parents fall into a state of severe shock. The detective tells his superior that he has great suspicions about the bus accident.
Nagwan gathers the school's staff to tell them that the school will pay the expenses of Nasr's family after his death and of Sawsan’s treatment. The doctor explains Zahra's condition to her parents, who're surprised to learn that their daughter was pregnant and the accident caused her to miscarry.
The doctor informs Ragab's parents of the deterioration of his condition. Amir threatens to sue Ms. Nagwan to get the justice that his son is due. Parents quarrel with each other over the issue of suing the school, as some agree and some put off making a decision.
Ms. Nagwan is happy to learn that the bus driver, Nasr, was on drugs during the accident, upon which the detective asks the doctor to do drug tests for all cases. Mansour tells Ashraf that the police found a bag of drugs on the bus. TV host, Shawqi, points the finger at the school in his show.
When Ms. Nagwan watches Shawqi’s show, she’s enraged by his attack on the school, so she sends him a warning message informing him that his son Bassem intercepted the bus with his car before the accident.
Bassem denies that the bag of drugs is his. Nagwan tells Eissa that the students’ parents plan to sue the school and that they learned that he is the school's lawyer.
Shawqi holds the bus driver responsible, letting the school off the hook. The police officer tells Emad that three cases tested positive for drugs, including his daughter Zahra.
When the police officer interrogates Sawsan about the accident, she tells him that Nasr was not at fault. The students’ parents meet to discuss the lawsuit, whereupon Hajj Ramadan quarrels with Amir because of the former’s insistence on withdrawing from the case.
Arwa tells her husband Eissa that the bus's technical inspection report confirms that it was in good condition, which means that the school is not culpable, and tells him that his son Karim took a bunch of antidepressants right before the accident.
Bassem tells his friend Yasser to deny having anything to do with the bag of drugs found in the bus. Eissa warns Nagwan about tampering with the bus's technical inspection report.
Adel informs the parents that he asked the prosecution to appoint another committee to inspect the bus and the new report came in their favor, especially after it was proven that the brake pads don't meet the required specifications.
The students’ parents insist on hiring Yehia as their lawyer, whereupon the latter informs the judicial panel that the case is not that of a wrongful killing but rather a premeditated murder.
The court sentences Ashraf and Mansour to three years in prison. Zahra tells her parents about her classmate photographing her without her knowledge and sending the pictures to all the students, and of the terrible impact his action had on her psychological state.
Naguib gathers the students' parents in his house and tells them that he does not want to talk about the case, he just wants to tell them that even though this experience has been tough on everyone, yet it brought the parents closer to their children.
Shawqi receives an order from the channel's management to have Ms. Nagwan as a guest on his show to speak of and defend the school. Eissa tells his wife that she too has neglected her duties toward their son Karim, as did he.
As Zahra tells the officer that the bag of drugs is Bassem’s, he goes to Shawqi's house but doesn’t find him there, then he tells Karim that someone testified that the bag is his. Shawqi has Nagwan on his show where he tries to incriminate her in front of the audience.
As the officer tells Shawqi that Zahra confirmed that the bag of drugs belongs to his son, Bassem, Shawqi asks her father to make her retract her testimony, which angers Emad who says that Bassem caused his daughter psychological and physical harm.
Shawqi confronts his son Bassem with what Zahra said, whereupon he admits to raping her, after which Shawqi asks Sawsan to change her statement and tell the police that the drug bag belongs to Nasr, the driver.
Yehia recounts his story with Kariman to his friend Eissa and tells him that he would have taken her as a second wife, had it not been for the old incident that happened to his family. Arwa tells her husband Eissa that Karim has finally moved his hand.
Nagwan hires the services of a company specializing in creating social media campaigns to tarnish the image of the students' parents. Sawsan agrees to Shawqi's proposal to tell the police that the drug bag belonged to Nasr.
As Nagwan confronts her mother with the fact that her step-father raped her when she was young, she doesn’t believe her. Eissa quarrels with Ramadan, and tells him that he’s found out about all of his unlawful deeds, and that he's aware that he was once married to five wives at the same time.
Yehia admits to his wife Iman that he met his ex-girlfriend Kariman, and that he still loves her. Nagwan's daughter asks her to tell the lawyer to withdraw the appeal against her husband, Ashraf, after she learns that his ex-wife is pregnant by him.
In a flashback, it's revealed that Yasser sells drugs to students, that the drug bag is his, and that Bassem meant to embarrass him in front of his girlfriend. Eissa quarrels with Rania and tells her that his son was bullied by his friends.
Shawqi snaps at a TV presenter when she asks him about his son and his relationship with his schoolmate Zahra. The police find Ragab and bring him home. Karim comes out of the coma. The officer informs Eissa that his daughter Heidi is accused of murder.
Iman tells Yehia in a letter that she took the children and left the house after overhearing him talking to Kariman. The officer releases Heidi upon arresting the killer. Yasser confesses to his mother that he has been dealing drugs.
When Hajj Ramadan asks his wife to forgive him, she takes him back. Yehia and Eissa plead in the case concerning the accident, when suddenly Salah, the father of the deceased child Adam, appears, talks to the judge and joins the parents in the lawsuit.
