Hilal, who holds a major position in Iraq, carries out his plan of investing in water. He takes his son Saeed and his brother-in-law, Professor Sabaa, to travel to Europe in pursuit of executing their plan to take their country to an advanced stage among countries, as they claim.

As Saeed, his uncle Sabaa, and his father Hilal cooperate to implement the plan to save Iraq, it turns out that the trip is unplanned and the expenses are covered by the state, so Hilal uses the state's money lavishly from without any benefit to the community.

After Ghazala reaches her husband Hilal, Dr. Nimr, who turns out to be Ghazala's brother, orders everyone to leave for Iraq again to solve the electricity problem there. Corruption and nepotism continue to be exposed, as Hilal's family and his wife take over state positions.

Due to their lack of knowledge and experience, Nimr and Hilal refuse to agree to the proposals of Dr. Dima for the project to solve the electricity crisis. The Middle East generator official is forced to end his dealings with them because of their stupidity.

Hilal recalls his past experience with Nimr when they smuggled oil from pipelines due to their extreme poverty. As Jamil, an Iraqi immigrant trying to help his country, submits proposals for a new gas project, Sabaa gets upset with him because he flatters his girlfriend.

Azel explains the final plan of Dr. Nimr and Hilal, which is to exchange the citizen's share of oil for electricity. The oil cubes are coordinated with electricity consumption, but Sabaa and Azel refuse, explaining that it's robbing the citizen's share of the oil. Dima offers Hilal a new deal.

As a spoiled food shipment arrives for a merchant in Iraq, Hilal becomes involved in the matter, while Nimr finds out the news. Sabaa and Saeed return to Europe, as Sabaa misses Nancy after their return to Iraq. Saeed gets engaged to Azel without Hilal's approval.

As Saeed becomes in charge of the country's trade, he plans to divide the citizen's share of food supply in capsules, akin to those that astronauts use, to reduce the amount consumed.

As Hilal's mistress, Hawazen, insists on traveling to Europe with him, Ghazala also insists on what she wants, while Hilal gets caught in the middle between them.

As Hilal gets sick and undergoes surgery, Dima proposes a deal to import medical drugs from abroad into Iraq; Dr. Nimr and Hilal agree to it.

As Saeed becomes a different man at the hands of Azel, he participates in demonstrations and refuses to get involved with his family in their corruption.

Saeed returns after Nimr negotiates with counselor, Naji, who kidnapped him through Dima. Dima tries to manipulate Dr. Nimr in her favor.

As Dima and Jamil agree to manipulate Nimr and Hilal, Jamil spies on Hilal and his projects for Dima. Hilal and Saeed agree to establish the Green Belt project after their fish wealth project was burned.

As Dr. Nimr imports a bull from the European Union, Sabaa supervises its transport, only to be attacked by an armed gang to steal the bull. He also imports chemicals to accelerate the growth of crops.

The trio, Saeed, Hilal, and Nimr, continue to land themselves in trouble and failed deals due to Dima's proposals. As Sabaa is shocked by Nancy's feelings towards him, he reveals everything while he's unconscious.

Dima convinces Dr. Nimr to make a deal with Chinese experts to develop the Iraqi industry, only for the experts to disappear. Hawazen insists on establishing an investment project with Hilal.

As Hilal and Nimr open the file of developing education, Sabaa remembers that Nimr and Hilal did not have a higher degree, and they frittered Saeed's future away.

As Azel and Hilal present an e-learning project for Dr. Nimr, he doesn't like it. When Nimr and Dima travel to the US to launch a national satellite, Azel questions the veracity of the news.

Saeed tries to contemplate a fake deal for the country, that Hilal and Nimr know nothing about. As the satellite launch project fails, Nimr returns from the United States.

Azel blows the gaff on Saeed’s deal in front of Dr. Nimr. Nimr and Hilal are caught in a scam regarding a deal for the Communications Development in Iraq. Dima continues to make suggestions that benefit her personal interests.

Nimr agrees on a Ukrainian deal to dig ports in Iraq and plans to expand the airports in the country. Wahid asks his aunt ,Ghazala, to propose to the daughter of counselor Naji, while Hilal tries to find another suitor to propose to her for his own partisan interests.

As Hilal is blackmailed with a video clip, he turns to Sabaa to help him. Hawazen continues to pressure Hilal to put her interests into action. Sabaa recalls his first love.

Hilal gets engaged to Fatiha, one of the party's girls who makes proposals. After his cooperation with Fatiha against Hilal, Jamil extorts Hilal with a video clip in exchange for agreeing to another deal. Wahid’s engagement with Naji’s daughter ends in failure.

Nimr sends his brother Sabaa to Bangladesh with Jamil to complete a deal for the party and to monitor Jamil’s movements. Azel reveals Saeed’s plan to seize the support funds for the unemployed in the demonstrations, and tells Nimr about it.

As Sabaa suspects the oil deal from Bangladesh, Nimr explains to Hilal that the deal is fake and they will go halves with the ministry’s funds for this deal. Wahid tries to create a false image for Hilal’s patriotism and his love for Iraq.

Nimr orders potholes to be dug and a financial fee levied for each vehicle that collides with it, while Adnan is tasked with managing this project to collect additional funds for the party.

While Nimr continues to plan for the drilling and speed bumps project, besides the establishment of an entertainment service complex that serves citizens when they are exposed to bumps, he is considering establishing a tourism project. Azel learns that Nimr and Hilal are stealing state funds.

As Wahid films a video of Dima and Jamil, Nimr sees Dima's betrayal of them, as she relays their news and sends it to counselor Naji to take the tourism project from them.

As Hilal and Saeed take a land in the center of the capital to build an imaginary stadium, Sabaa warns them of imprisonment. Nimr decides to participate in the Iraqi team’s delegation for the Olympics and international sporting events. Nancy asks Sabaa to propose to her.

As the trio continues to establish the Sports City project, Saeed plans to separate from his uncle, father and his own party, and run for the elections. The party leader decides to impose conditions on Nimr, Hilal, and Naji to renew their contract or let them go.
