With Zeina unable to have children due to some health problems, Amal looks for a surrogate mother to get Khaled and Zeina a child to raise. Neven tries to get money to treat Badry from cancer, yet she refuses Amal's offer and refuses Ramy's marriage proposal as well.
Amal fires Badry and convinces Amira and Zeina of the idea of a surrogate mother. The past haunts Abu Khaled. As Neven agrees to marry Ramy, she goes to Khaled and gets mad at him due to Amal's attitude towards her for her refusal of the idea of surrogacy
As Neven catches feelings for Khaled, she agrees to Amal's offer for the sake of her father. Ramy gives Neven a gift, yet she is upset by his existence in her life. Amal accordingly takes Neven to the lab to run some tests.
As Neven tells Ramy that she does not want him, she tells Badry that she loves Khaled and wants to marry him. Amal decides to marry Khaled off to Neven during her pregnancy, in compliance with Sharia and social principles.
Amal convinces Badry of Neven and Khaled's marriage. Fathi blackmails Nabil. Ramy learns that Neven's father is a cancer patient and needs a lot of money for treatment. Badry discovers the surrogacy contract by chance at home.
Amal provokes Nabil because of his neglect of the house. As Khaled marries Neven, Ramy gets angry at Neven once he learns about her marriage; Badry intervenes, and Neven faints. Two thugs attack Badry as he leaves the house at night.
As Neven tells Badry about his health condition after she agrees with the doctor on the date for his operation, she takes medications for the transplant, while Badry leaves his will to Khaled in an envelope. Badry goes to the hospital in preparation for the operation.
As Neven stays in Nabil's villa as Amal asked her, she is then surprised that she is expected to stay there until her due date and quarrels with Amal.
Ramy attacks Neven in the hospital, and hospital security kicks him out. Neven leaves Nabil's house after her quarrel with Amal and Amira.
Badry leaves the hospital and goes to Nabil's house. Amal orders Neven not to go to the hospital with Badry during his radiotherapy sessions, out of fear for the fetus.
As Zeina and Amal try to poison Neven, they poison her maid instead. Maysam tries to drive a wedge between Khaled and Neven because of Ramy, while Neven learns about it.
Khaled puts out the fire himself. While Nabil's family stands against Neven, Khaled defends her. Fathi tells Nabil that he has nothing to do with the fire.
Khaled goes on vacation with Neven to a hotel. As Qasem, Sawsan's husband, gets surrounded by masked men, someone is about to kill him.
Nabil's family travels to Iraq to comfort Sawsan after the death of Qassem. Neven evades Ramy and wants to prove that he is behind the villa fire.
Conflicts arise between Neven and Zeina. Khaled stands up for Neven against his family, threatens to divorce Zeina, and indirectly kicks Amira out.
Sawsan and Amal convince Khaled to break up with Neven. Sawsan then meets Neven and sympathizes with her, while Alaa attacks Neven at her home.
Neven survives with her fetus at the hands of Khaled. Alaa commits the crime with the help of Zeina and Amira. Fathi threatens Nabil to get rid of his family, while the latter slaps Alaa because of his attitude.
Khaled expels Ramy from his office, while the latter decides to kill him while returning home, but Khaled sees him. Amira enters Badry's room to switch medicines and Sawsan exposes her, yet she is forced to remain silent.
Ramy escapes without hurting Khaled. Ramy's friend puts two rotten bottles of the milk of Khaled's company in front of a house and poisons two people. Maysam is pregnant while Ramy asks her to abort her baby.
Nabil's family travels to Iraq to check on Sawsan. As Zeina hears Khaled telling Amal that he loves Neven, Amal asks Neven to break up with Khaled, but she refuses.
Neven gets angry at Ramy on the phone and asks him to stay away from her. Khaled is exposed to attempted murder. Sawsan warns Neven about Amira and Zeina. Alaa sends threatening messages from an unknown number to Neven.
Khaled informs Amal that he is suspicious of Nabil's involvement in a money laundering case. Nabil gets angry at Fathi, as he threatens his family's life. Sawsan confesses Alaa's crime to everyone. Khaled follows Neven to Lebanon.
Nabil discovers Fathi's agreement with Alaa. Khaled gathers the employees in a meeting to find out who is behind the money laundering crime. Khaled proposes to Neven. One of Fathi's men breaks into Badry's house and points a gun to his head.
Fathi is betrayed by one of his men and he steals the bag from Neven's room. Nabil exposes himself to Amal, while Nabil and his family catch Alaa while attacking Zeina in her room. Amal expels Alaa and Nabil from the house and announces her divorce from Nabil.
Fathi kidnaps Nabil and shoots Alaa in front of him. The police arrest Fathi and his men, Nabil and Alaa. The lawyer tries to release Nabil and Alaa in the case, while Neven is about to give birth.
Neven gives birth and helps Zeina to breastfeed her son. Ramy gets mad at Maysam in his car and threatens her because of her pregnancy, then goes to Khaled's house.
Badry expels Ramy from Nabil's house, and Neven tries to reach Maysam. Khaled discovers Alaa's harassment of Zeina. Ramy goes to Maysam in the hospital and tries to kill her.
Neven visits Maysam in the hospital and knows from her that Ramy tried to kill her. Khaled gets angry at Neven after knowing that she met Ramy, while he decides to divide the child Nabil's sleep days between Neven and Zeina's rooms.
Ramy is killed in his house. As Khaled tries to reconcile between Zeina and Neven, he employs Maysam in the factory according to Neven's wish. Amira exposes everyone's plots in front of Neven, so Amal expels her from the palace. Zeina takes the child and escapes at night.
Nabil's family is worried about the disappearance of Zeina and the child. Zeina then returns home again, while Khaled tries to control the situation and reconcile between Zeina and Neven, but he fails. Neven decides to leave the child to Khaled and Zeina, and disappear from their lives.
