As the family of Al-Mokhtar celebrates the marriage of Thoraya and Amr, a person barges in, threatening to spoil the ceremony.

Sofian's relationship with Amal becomes tense when he asks her to have an abortion due to the risk of pregnancy on her life, but she refuses.

As Amal refuses to have an abortion and to give up the baby, she confronts Sofian with her decision. Latifa's suspicion towards Omar grows stronger.

Amal and Sofian hide her pregnancy, while Youssef and Sofian agree to partner up for a project.

As Nesrine goes into labor, she gives birth to a baby girl. Nesrine's father asks Sofian not to get Amal pregnant, fearing that her condition will deteriorate due to her illness.

After leaving the hospital, Nesrine decides to go to live in the house of her mother-in-law. Sofian is surprised to see his mother when she comes to visit him.

As Sofian and Youssef are arrested after assaulting Kamel, Mukhtar tries to get Sofian out of prison. Thoraya insists on getting a divorce from Amr.

Sofian is released from prison after his stepfather drops the charges against him and divorces his mother. Thoraya continues to stay at her parents' house.

Amina returns to Sofian's house. Mukhtar argues with his daughter Amal. Amr confesses to Thoraya the truth about his uncle.

Latifa goes to a famous cardiologist to consult her about her daughter's case. Zainab reveals to Thoraya the truth about Amr. Essam is taken to the hospital.

Latifa tries to convince Amal to have an abortion in order to save her life. Radhi does his best to save Essam. Thoraya takes a bold step in her relationship with Amr.

Mukhtar argues with Amr because of his bad treatment of Thoraya. Nesrine becomes jealous of Nermin.

Mukhtar is concerned about Thoraya's psychological state. Amina, her son, and his wife are being monitored by an unknown person.

Mukhtar's family prepares to celebrate a special occasion. Essam tells Thoraya important news. After Amal insults Amina, the latter leaves the house.

As Hossam meets Malak by chance, he recalls memories of the past with her. Things improve for Amal after Sofian's return.

Malak collapses while recalling the memory of a patient’s death at her hands. Kamel asks Mukhtar to have Amina back.

Nermin tries to convince Hossam that his son is still alive. As the relationship between Nesrine and her mother deteriorates, Thoraya and Amal try to mediate between them.

As El Radi threatens to imprison Amr, he asks Mukhtar to intervene to control Amr.

Sofian gets beaten by unknown persons. Amal falls ill and is taken to the hospital.

As Amal refuses to have an abortion, the doctors stress that the pregnancy puts her life in danger, so Mukhtar decides to make a difficult decision to protect her.

Zainab pleads with Thoraya to save Amr's grandmother, after her attempts to contact the latter fail. The conflict between Nesrine and Nermin intensifies.

Latifa receives good news about Amal's pregnancy. Youssef helps Sofian hire a lawyer in the case against Mukhtar.

Latifa finds herself in an awkward situation by choosing to pick sides either with Mukhtar or her daughter Amal. A tragedy occurs between Thoraya and Amr after a long falling-out.
