Nissan is taken to the hospital after her return from London, and her friend Nisreen looks after her. Jad is shocked when he finds out about her health condition, while Nisreen discovers that Nissan is pregnant.

Nissan tells Nisreen about her previous relationship with a guy and her pregnancy with him, and that he disappeared. Arwa, Jad's fiancée, discovers that Nissan was Jad's ex-girlfriend.

Jad quarrels with Arwa over her meeting with Nissan and breaks off their engagement, while Nissan decides to stay with her mother.

Nissan tells Jad what happened to her, and he asks her to marry him, while Samer takes advantage of the situation to get closer to Arwa. Nisreen's brother is thinking about marrying Nissan, out of greed for her money.

Nisreen's brother resents Jad and Nissan's engagement, while Nissan's mother decides to quit painting due to her severe illness. Shadi drives Nisreen to become a drug addict.

Jad and Nissan get married, and her mother's condition worsens, while Nisreen asks Shadi to marry her. Nisreen's brother plots with Arwa against Jad and Nissan.

Nisreen marries Shadi, while Jad suffers a car accident and is taken to the hospital and suffers temporary memory loss.

Jad quarrels with Nissan after he receives a message saying that the little girl, Naya, is not his daughter. Nissan listens to her brother Muhannad talking with Ihab, and she discovers that he is not her brother and that Ihab was behind Jad’s accident. The police arrest Ihab, and Muhannad flees abroad.
