A new pupil at school, the spoiled Princess Morbucks, wants to join the Powerpuff Girls, but as they refuse, the little brat vows to destroy them. / The Powerpuff Girls won't stand idly by as the Ganggreen Gang arrives in their school and start making mischief.

Lenny Baxter, a nerd obsessed with comic books, goes overboard as he entraps the girls so as to add them to his superhero collection. / New neighbors move in next door. They seem ordinary at first, but before long, the father declares that he wants to be a supervillain and holds Professor captive.

Some of the girls' foes in prison plan to take revenge on them during their birthday party that will be aired on TV. / As the girls feel unappreciated by Townsville, they decide to teach the townspeople to fend for themselves.

The girls face a new challenge as broccoli aliens arrive in Townsville, but the town's kids come to the girls' aid. / Buttercup neglects her personal hygiene as she prefers fighting villains to bathing, but before long, she's taught a valuable lesson.

Since the Sandman can't sleep while half the world is awake, he comes up with an evil plan to make everyone fall asleep, and it's up to the girls to stop him. / Mojo Jojo's most wicked plan ends up with the Amoeba Boys, who believe it's a scavenger hunt and ask the girls to help them with it.

As there aren't any crimes in Townsville because of the rain, the girls stay in and use their imagination to create a thrilling crime-fighting experience at home. / After Harold Smith gets released from prison, the Smiths plot to exact vengeance on the Powerpuff Girls.

Realizing that they need additional help, the girls attempt to create a fourth sister, but they end up getting more than they bargained for. / Buttercup's sisters mock her when they discover that she thinks her security blanket helps her fight well.

While racing home, the girls end up in an alternate timeline. As they discover they've traveled five decades into the future, they learn that their absence caused HIM to be more powerful. / Mojo Jojo uses four kids, who wish to have superpowers, to take on the Powerpuff Girls.

As Ms. Bellum starts behaving suspiciously, the Powerpuff Girls set out to look into the matter, uncovering surprising facts along the way. / When the girls send out invitations to a slumber party, Mojo Jojo decides to use the situation to carry out an evil plan of his.
