Abu Khaled asks his assistant Majed to hire a group of new employees for his hotel. On the first day of work, the electricity goes out, and everything valuable is stolen. After investigating everyone, Majed reveals to them that it was a test for the new employees.
The video of Abu Khaled quarreling with the security and refusing to wear a mask is posted on social media. An employee convinces Abu Khaled to film him while carrying out charitable work to become a trend and improve his reputation. As a guest disappears, they eventually find him with Fahd.
As Abu Khaled suggests to the hotel employees to think of different ways of marketing and advertising for the hotel, each comes up with a different idea, but they fail.
Abu Khaled hires a new trainer for the hotel's gym, and since there are no guests in the hotel, the trainer trains the staff. To get rid of their fatigue and their intense training, they put something in the trainer's drink that makes him sick.
As Majed and Talal believe that the hotel has been envied, they ask the help of Sheikh Abu Marzouq to put an end to it, convincing him to work in the hotel by being a fortune teller and doing acts of magic for the guests.
As a guest comes to the hotel with his family and his father, the hotel employees discover that the latter has Alzheimer's. When he leaves the hotel, his son looks for him and causes trouble for all guests.
As the security officer, Talal, finds a bag of herbs, he tells everyone they are magical herbs that cure all diseases and all cases. But everyone who takes them, including Talal himself, gets sick, with Talal losing consciousness.
As the global pandemic spreads, Abu Khaled decides not to receive any guests in the hotel. As he asks the employees to drive out the present guests, the employees claim that the hotel has become a quarantine zone for Corona patients.
As everyone gets excessively nervous, Talal suggests to Majed to seek the help of a psychiatrist.
The hotel employees prank their colleague, Tayeb. When he finds out about the matter, he pranks everyone to teach them a lesson they will not forget.
The room master, Rashid, discovers that a guest has stolen a robe and a hair styler from the hotel room. When the hotel administration asks the guest to return them, he claims that he found them in his bag by mistake.
Talal is surprised by the new rotation system that has been set up in the hotel by someone called Faraj. He keeps looking for this person till he discovers that it is Abu Khaled, who signed in under the name of Faraj.
While Fahd is about to get married, the prenuptial screening proves that he has Mediterranean anemia. As the bride's family refuses to go through with the marriage, his friends try to help him overcome his grief. In the hotel, he gets attracted to a girl who is trying to commit suicide and proposes, yet she refuses.
Abu Khaled decides to dismiss Khaled from his job and reduce salaries due to the financial crisis that the hotel administration is going through. During Majed's dismissal, someone shoots a video in which Majed pleads not to be dismissed, which becomes a public opinion case on social media.
Talal, Abu Khaled, and Rashid wake up from sleep to find themselves in a boat in the middle of the sea. They remember their meeting with Abu Abdul Rahman the previous day, and that they got drunk with him which led to their loss of consciousness.
Reem checks into the hotel and gets to know Abu Khaled, who likes her. He then discovers that every day, she marries a different man and manipulates him.
Talal likes one of the guests at the hotel and asks Fahd to help him approach and propose to her, yet he discovers that she is married.
Saleh and Talal think of a new way to serve food. Whenever the fire alarm rings, Talal turns it off, until a fire actually happens and Randa puts it out.
A series of problems occur in the hotel at the same time including rat infestation, unclean rooms and the stealing of a guest's ring. When Talal investigates the matter, he discovers a strange coincidence that brought these incidents together simultaneously.
Abu Khaled asks the hotel employees to increase the hotel's sources of income, so he suggests that they film a reality TV show on the daily life of the hotel staff.
As Abu Khaled asks Rashid to get a chalet for him and his new bride, he assures him not to tell anyone and keep it secret. The news then spread, as Rashid tells all the hotel staff about it.
As Majed is suspicious of all the hotel staff, he puts cameras everywhere until he catches those who are tampering with the hotel administration. He then wakes up and finds out that it was all just a nightmare.
As Abu Faleh checks into the hotel, Majed is surprised that he makes many changes to the hotel’s furniture and that he brings a goat with him. Majed then asks Abu Faleh to return everything as it was.
As a guy checks into the hotel with his family, he loses his son and quarrels with Majed and Talal because there are no cameras in the hotel. When they find his son, he discovers that he has lost the car key and asks his son to search for it.
As Rashid is responsible to clean the white towels at the hotel, he makes a mistake and puts a cup of hibiscus in the towel washing machine, so it turns pink, while Majed tries to solve the problem.
As Talal invites his friend Abu Muais to stay in the hotel with two of his children, he is surprised that Abu Muais brought all his six children and his wife, as they wreck the hotel and destroy everything.
Talal suggests to Majed to host Al Samry band at the hotel, to promote and advertise the hotel, but they cause inconvenience to all the guests.
As the matchmaker, Umm Saad, checks in at the hotel, she tries to convince all employees to get married, but her efforts go in vain.
As Talal gets a day off from his work at the hotel security and decides to check-in at the hotel to stay there, he asks everyone to provide him with all services.
A young man checks in at the hotel and hacks all the phones of the hotel employees. He sends everyone pictures and messages of reprimand and succeeds in driving a wedge between them.
