The two doctors, Khaled and Nasser, are surprised by their grandfather's decision to open one medical clinic for both of them, even though they have different specialties, as Khaled is a plastic surgeon while Nasser is a psychiatrist. From that point forward, conflicts erupt between them.

Dr. Turki tries to steal patients from Dr. Nasser’s clinic. Atheer employs a psychiatric patient, Mishaal, as an assistant to Nasser in the clinic. Faisal resents his nurse’s interference in all the matters of the clinic.

As Khaled gets to know his neighbor who wants to have plastic surgery, his secretary Najla grows upset about the closeness between them. Meanwhile, the psychiatric patient, Umm Zaki, visits Dr. Faisal's clinic and asks him to treat her.

Faisal meets Ammar, the patient who was once his school friend and whom he used to help to cheat on exams. The nurse Najla agrees with the clinic secretaries to receive all patients at four o'clock to ruin a romantic date for Dr. Khaled.

Karim turns to Dr. Faisal and tells him about his dissatisfaction with his eyebrows, which is the reason his wife wants to divorce him. Mishaal thinks of confessing his love for Najla, while Dr. Turki tries to find out the number of patients who visit Faisal's clinic

Fear dominates everyone in the clinic, as Khaled is afraid of issuing a decision to close the clinic because it is not registered, while Faisal is afraid of his fiancée Atheer. A psychiatric patient who is afraid of everyone around him visits the clinic and Faisal helps him.

As Atheer receives her friend and her husband at Dr. Faisal's clinic, she compares her fiancé to her friend's husband and resents Faisal's neglect of her. Khaled calls his friend, Dr. Adnan, who immensely admires the nurse, Najla.

Khaled is surprised by his ex-fiancée's visit to the clinic and her attempt to fix things between them. Simultaneously, Faisal's mother-in-law visits him and tells him about her problems with Atheer's father.

Jealousy flares up in Najla's heart of her neighbor Rawan, whom Khaled admires. Mishaal tells Atheer that Dr. Faisal is with one of his female patients, so she gets upset and doubts the matter.

Mishaal takes advantage of Dr. Faisal's absence, impersonates him, and meets the patients in the clinic. In a broken elevator, Faisal and Khaled confess what they did to one another.

Atheer apologizes to Faisal for what she has done to him and asks him to forgive her, promising to change her way of life. She asks Mishaal not to pass on any information about Faisal to her, yet she remains in constant suspicion of him. Khaled tries to convince his young neighbor not to have plastic surgery.

Atheer decides to collaborate with a director to make an advertising campaign for the clinic on social media. Meanwhile, Faisal receives a patient, who complains about his children's obsession with following celebrities on social media and asks Faisal to help them.

At first, Faisal and Khaled refuse to market the clinic via videos of the nurse Mishaal, but they are surprised by how many patients visit the clinic after publishing his videos, while Mishaal becomes famous.

As Khaled's mental health goes downhill after the withdrawal of his clinic's licenses, Atheer asks Faisal to help him. Meanwhile, Faisal receives a patient called Bayan, who asks for his help due to his wife's constant jealousy.

Khaled is surprised when an offensive video of him is posted on social media. Faisal confirms that Dr. Turki is behind the matter, so he plans in cooperation with his neighbor, Umm Zaki, and Mishaal to take revenge on him and reveal his manipulation.
