Rahma, a nurse who deliberately kills one of the patients in agreement with Shehab. When detective Adel interrogates her, he doubts that she caused his death.

As Basma is preparing to celebrate her engagement to Shehab, Rahma, who does not know anything about their relationship, is in love with Shehab. Soraya fires Rahma from working in the care of her elderly father for her negligence.

Nawaf treats his mother, Naima, badly, after seizing her money, and house and leaving her in the hospital alone. Everyone is surprised when Nawaf dies after fighting with Rahma, who objected on his relationship with his mother. When Adel investigates the matter, Naima confesses of killing him.

Investigations continue with Naima regarding the murder of her son. While Soraya fights with Rahma, who decides to take revenge in her own way.

Youssef reveals to Ibtisam that Ali deceived her, and that he is the one who loves her. Shehab continues to treat Rahma in a bad way. Elsewhere, the detective confronts Rahma about her father forcing her to marry his friend when she was young.

When Basma and Shehab get married, and they decide to travel, detective Adel informs Basma's mother of Rahma's accusation of killing Basma and that her passport was in Rahma's things .

In a flashback, Basma asks Ibtisam to choose between Youssef and Ali, and Rahma steals Basma's passport to prevent her from traveling with her husband.

In a flashback, when Basma falls from the top of the stairs in the hospital, Rahma holds her breath to make sure of her death. Ali tries to run over Youssef and Ibtisam with his car, and he dies in the accident. The police arrest Rahma after Shehab exposes everything.
