Riyad admonishes Wanisa for violating his instructions at work. Gillan convinces Khaled to marry Wanisa in order to inherit Riyad.

Khaled begins implementing his mother's plan, but Wanisa stands up to him. As Riyad amends the donation budget clause, Hafez submits his resignation.

Khaled abandons his friend Reham. Wanisa apologizes to Hafez, but he refuses to return to work in the factory. Khaled offers marriage to Wanisa, while the latter's mistakes increase at work.

Hafez returns to work. Riyad investigates Khaled's family, discovers their financial stumble, and announces his refusal for him to marry Wanisa.

Wanisa decides to marry without Riyad's knowledge after discovering that the latter offered Khaled money in exchange for staying away from her. Riyad yields up his factory to Hafez and suffers a health crisis. Khaled misses the wedding.

Khaled flees to America. Wanisa is cruel to her uncle and refuses to meet him without realizing that the factory has been returned to her and that the sale was a sham.

Wanisa threatens Shaker, who wants to marry Nazeera. Hafez confronts her by rejecting her new policy of profiteering. Wanisa cooperates with Samir, Khaled's partner.

Wanisa deals with Khaled after his return, and he makes a deal with her rival Abbas. Nazeera notices Hafez's admiration of Wanisa. Khaled expresses his love for Wanisa again.

Abbas deceives Khaled and it becomes clear that he is cooperating with Wanisa against him. Khaled goes bankrupt, and Wanisa misses their new wedding date and is surprised by the recovery of Hafez's daughter. Nazeera returns home.
