Souad's mother suffers from the children's evasion of responsibility, and Waheed accidentally rents Saber's apartment to a couple of newlyweds.

Saber suspects that there are ghosts in his house, and eventually discovers Waheed's plan and that he rented his apartment to Abu El Khair in his absence.

Saber keeps the loss of the appointment letter hidden from Souad. The minister informs Saber that the appointment letter is not in the apartment, and he suffers from Saber's endless requests.

Souad finds the appointment letter and accuses Saber of lying to her. The minister transfers Saber to work on Socotra Island to get rid of his inconvenience.

As Saber and Souad prepare for their marriage, the wedding ceremony is postponed at the last minute due to the illness of Umm Nafeh's sister.

Umm Nafeh's sister comes to stay with them after her illness, and her son Adnan stays in Saber's apartment, whereupon Umm Nafeh insists again on postponing the wedding.

Saber and Souad begin to try to find a remedy for black magic, and Umm Adel advises them to defy all circumstances and hold the wedding.

Umm Adel visits a charltan, who tells her that there is a charm in Saber's house, and asks her to find it and get rid of it so that Saber and Souad can get married.

As Saber and Souad agree to defy all circumstances and tie the knot, the duo's suffering ends and the marriage takes place.
