Pharmacist Laila lives with her daughter Tala after her husband disappears. She is thinking of filing for divorce, and Walid, who has a secret relationship with her, encourages her to do so. Meanwhile, the girls in the neighborhood are harassed by unknown people.

As Talja blackmails Atef with his drug trade, Laila resorts to Walid to solve Nadim's problem after he is arrested, and Laila is harassed at night while returning home.

Laila defends herself and hits the harasser, whose identity is revealed by investigations to be Marwan. Laila is shocked when she discovers Atef's drug dealing.

As Laila is shocked when her husband Tariq appears and calls her, Nadim is taken to the hospital after taking fake narcotic pills, and Hani's family refuses their son's relationship with Nour.

Nour decides to stay away from Hani, and the investigation reveals traces of DNA from two different people on the body. On the other hand, Laila tries to arouse Walid’s jealousy and gets close to Wissam.

As Atef is killed, the police interrogate Laila, and Detective Naseem becomes suspicious of her. Nadim tries to convince his mother to sell the house.

As Walid is upset about the development of Laila and Tala’s relationship with Wissam, Hala asks Laila to save her from her husband who beats her, and Hani tries to restore things between him and Nour.

Laila kills Hala's husband in revenge, and Naseem links Laila to the murders that took place. On the other hand, Umm Nadim discovers that her son sold the house without her knowledge.

Laila tries to confront Nadim after he sells his family's house, and Naseem decides to keep an eye on Laila.

Laila puts poison in the food for the pimp Talal, and Naseem discovers a poisonous plant in Laila's pharmaceutical lab.

Dalia confronts her husband Walid about his work in drug smuggling, and asks for a divorce. Naseem investigates Talal's murder, so Laila sends Naseem a message that she will achieve justice in her own way.
