The police arrest Khaled and his brother Nasser on charges of hitting a cat with their car. Their mother, Intisar, tries to get them out of prison. When they are involved in a traffic accident, they are surprised that no reaction is taken towards them.

Ghanima tells her sister Intisar that there is a plastic surgeon who can restore her beauty to make her look ten years younger, so Khaled and Nasser decide to open a beauty clinic, and they cause problems for the patients.

Nasser agrees with Khaled to bring the Indian worker Kumar under his mother’s license to work as a servant. They are forced to work as beggars until they collect the money for the license and residency.

Intisar and her family threaten to commit suicide from the roof of the house if the police do not fulfill their financial demands. When they get what they want, the police forces are surprised by the rest of the neighbors doing what Intisar did to get money.

Intisar quarrels with her children over wasting water in washing cars. The Water Authority announces that the water will be cut off for a period, distributing a certain amount to each person in the city. Intisar’s family begins war and fights to obtain water.

Nasser applies for a job in a company that announces its need for a terrorist and later discovers that it is a rat extermination company.

Intisar is shocked when her children do not give her Mother’s Day gifts, so Nasser and Khaled strive to please her and help her run for elections.

Ghanima suggests to Intisar and the latter's children that they apply for an acting competition to overcome their boredom, so Intisar begins training for presenting a prank show with her children.
