As the revolution erupts in Iraq against the existing regime, Rafal takes part in it with her friend, where she gets to know a young man named Samim. Kawthar, who is pregnant in her last month, goes to the doctor Manal to check on the fetus.

As Abbas returns home with his face covered in blood, his mother is surprised and fears that he has participated in the demonstrations. Kawthar's husband is arrested.

Seif is imprisoned for participating in the demonstrations, while young people coordinate with each other via social media to meet in Tahrir Square.

Rafal is jealous of Zina after seeing her with Samim in Tahrir. Faykh tells Karim and the rest of his friends about the presence of intruders in the square.

Hamza, the son of officer Salah, participates in the demonstrations behind his father's back, while the demonstrations are intensifying in Tahrir Square.

Abbousi dies during the demonstrations by the army. Hamza and Samim are arrested while young people mourn Abbousi's death.

The officers investigate Hamza and Samim regarding incitement to break the regime, and they release them pending the case.

After his release from prison, Hamza quarrels with the youth in Tahrir as they suspect that he is a spy, and Zeina tries to convince everyone that he supports the revolution and the revolutionaries.

Hamza films Zina as she works in Tahrir, as she feels love for him, while Kawthar visits her husband in prison.

Manal confronts her husband by shooting at the demonstrators, and during Seif's session the public prosecutor demands his execution for shooting at protesters without permission.

Out of feeling of remorse, Colonel Salah fails to attend the trial of Seif, who is sentenced to prison and a fine. Kawthar is admitted to the hospital, where she gives birth to a baby girl.

Raghad is kidnapped by masked men, and Seif searches for a way to get out of his imprisonment after being unjustly sentenced.

As the police free Raghad and she returns home, they beat the protesters in the square. Salah is looking for his son after losing contact with him.

Salah searches for Hamza everywhere, and Manal visits Kawthar at her home and promises to convince her husband to change his statement in court in favor of Seif.

As Samim and Rafal get engaged, everyone celebrates the occasion and they go to the square to see Hamza, but the police use live bullets against the rebels and kill Rafal. Salah resigns and confesses Seif's innocence.
