A terrorist attack takes place in the Nabi Yunus marketplace in 2014. Abdullah is sentenced to death. Terrorist groups collect citizens' money by force and threaten to kill those who refuse to pay. Abdullah slaughters one of the prison guards, but he denies it when interrogated.
A terrorist group takes a picture of Jomana's car license plate, and the assassination of three political figures takes place. As there are news of new terrorist operations that will happen, Abu Khaled leads a terrorist attack in Mosul.
After ISIS occupies part of Mosul, a curfew is imposed, and its residents leave out of fear of war. Qais goes to Mosul to check on Jomana. While Abdullah waits for ISIS to open the prisons, the decision to execute him is approved.
Abdullah escapes execution with the help of an officer during an ISIS attack on the prison, and later, he starts killing the wounded from the army in the hospital. Terrorists occupy Mosul, seize its weapons, slaughter opponents, and take women. A people's party is formed to confront ISIS.
Abu Khaled and Abdullah get into a fight over his attack on the hospital, where Abdullah is looking for Jomana and admits he likes her. The number of volunteers for the party increases. Terrorists attack churches and threaten Christians, and the population of Kurdistan increases.
Terrorists impose laws on the people and threaten those who violate them with whipping. Christians are expelled from Mosul, and their property gets confiscated. Qais decides to join the party and train with them. Meanwhile, Abdullah attacks the judge's house and arrests him.
As the judge, Elias, is being tortured and sentenced to death, Abdullah says that Elias will only be freed if he marries his daughter Christine. Elias refuses, but Christine says yes. Jomana calls Christine's phone while it is with Abdullah. The party succeeds in its first fight against terrorists.
Some Shiites are executed on the first day of Eid. Abdullah brings the judge to bless his marriage to Christine, who is surprised that only her father's head is present. The army declares a state of emergency, and Abdullah knows where Jomana lives.
The war between ISIS and the army begins in Sinjar, and the citizens flee. It becomes clear that Abu Al Mu'tasim works with the terrorists and helps Abdullah enter the village of Jomana. The terrorists kill men, take women captive, and recruit children.
ISIS besieges the fugitives on top of the mountain, and the army is trying to help. Umm al Walid buys Jomana's sister for her husband to bear them children. Qais searches for Jomana. Kurdistan seeks help from abroad to fight terrorism, and the children of the opposition are being dragged.
Women participate in the army. Christine falls ill, and Qawa searches for her. Foreign aid arrives. On Abdullah's orders, the women, including Jomana, are put up for sale in the market as slaves.
Abu Al Mu'tasim buys Jomana, who is surprised to go to Abdullah's house, where Christine is. Jomana's brother is training with ISIS. Meanwhile, the security forces confront ISIS's attempt to destroy the Mosul Dam. Qais decides to join ISIS to find Jomana.
The terrorists execute the doctors and lose the battle for the dam. Qawa buys the girls to set them free. Jomana saves Abdullah after Christine stabs him because he knows her siblings' whereabouts. The Peshmerga forces receive heavy weapons.
Christine gets angry at Jomana for saving Abdullah. Umm al Walid helps Samaher escape because of her jealousy over her pregnancy. Qawa is watched and his words are warned about in the mosque. Jomana asks Abdullah to forgive Christine and search for her siblings.
The army's forces liberate some villages in Sinjar. Samaher is found, and Abu al Walid makes sure that she is pregnant. Abdullah returns home, and Christine fears his revenge. Abdullah tells Jomana of his love for her.
Qais trains with ISIS in Mosul and searches for Jomana. Abu al Walid transfers Samaher to a new house, and Umm al Saad warns her falsely about him. Qais is watched after being suspected. Jomana goes to Samaher with the help of Abdullah and finds that she has committed suicide.
It turns out that Umm al Walid and Umm al Saad are the reason behind Samaher's suicide. Abu al Walid suffers a heart attack due to his anger at Abdullah. The coalition forces bomb the ISIS fronts. Qawa is arrested and whipped. Abdullah brings Jomana her brother, but she is shocked by his reaction.
Abdullah asks Christine to carve statues to sell to foreigners. Abu al Walid issues a death sentence for Abdullah for breaking into his house, but Emir Baghdadi orders that the ruling be rescinded and that he only be flogged. Captain Ziyad sends a cell phone to Qais to help him.
After ISIS executes the intelligence spy, Ziyad asks Qais to send a report on them. ISIS releases Qawa after confiscating his property. Jomana agrees to convert to Islam and marry Abdullah on the condition that Rovan attends the wedding and lives with them.
Qais begins his work by sending information to Ziyad, and he is surprised by Jomana’s marriage to Abdullah. Jomana asks for a divorce from the latter after Rovan’s reaction. Jomana and Christine threaten Abdullah with reporting him after knowing the reason for his request to carve statues.
Abu al Walid is dismissed from work due to the execution of a man and marrying his wife. The Peshmerga forces defeat ISIS and liberate Sinjar. Abdullah learns of Christine's pregnancy, and she learns that she and Jomana are being watched.
Umm al Saad complains to Abu Khaled about Abu al Walid and Umm al Walid's exploitation of their power. Abdullah decides to kill Abu al Walid, and his agreement with Umm al Saad becomes clear. Jomana sees Qais in front of her house, and Abdullah gets angry about the appointment of another warlord in his place.
Samaher did not commit suicide, but Umm al Walid killed her, so Umm al Saad threatens her with that. Qais asks Samir to work with ISIS to help him. When Jomana and Christine fail to escape, Abdullah tortures the former. Qawa works with the intelligence services and helps smuggle women.
After Jomana binds Abdullah and threatens him with death, she is forced to release him after knowing his intention to save Rovan from carrying out a martyrdom operation. Abdullah orders that Jomana and Christine be imprisoned. Qais tries to find out the location of ISIS's tunnels in Mosul.
Qawa is arrested, Qais helps Jomana escape from prison, and the latter learns of his work with the intelligence services. Abdullah searches for Jomana and Qais and vows revenge. Christine gives birth to a boy, and she faints.
Abdullah gives Christine's son to Umm al Saad and when he finds out that Shaima was helping Jomana in prison, he orders that she be watched. Jomana flees and goes to Christine, so Abdullah threatens her with killing Christine to find out who helped her escape.
Qais publishes what Abdullah is doing in the news. The court orders that Jomana be stoned to death, but Qais saves her and takes her to the hospital. Samir learns from Shaima about Qais' work with the intelligence services.
The Iraqi forces begin operations to liberate Mosul. Abu Khaled becomes aware of Abdullah's behavior, so he storms his house to search it, but the latter plots with Abu Amr and kills him. Abdullah kills Qawa.
As the Iraqi forces liberate part of Mosul, Abdullah binds Christine, and he and the leaders flee, taking with them citizens as human shields. Qais rescues Christine, and Jomana begins killing ISIS members to save Rovan. Any citizen who tries to escape is executed.
Shaima blows herself up to kill ISIS fighters, and Qais returns Christine's son to her. Abdullah arrests Jomana and kills Rovan. Qais sacrifices himself in an explosion to protect Jomana. The forces liberate Mosul, and Jomana reunites with her father. Abdullah manages to escape.
